Best plumbing experience I've had yet. Everyone from the initial call, to the tech on site was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. They were respectful of my time, punctual and accurate in all estimates. The work was done well and the area left clean. Thanks for everything!

Accommodated my wife’s “need you today” call by shifting things around for a prompt arrival. He was careful to not expand into unnecessary projects; provided insight & advice on actions we could do ourselves.

Jacob was on time & very professional. On top of that , he was very kind & gave us lots of options at different price points to fix a bad leak in our main bathroom. He wasn’t pushing any products on us like other companies I’ve used & was very thorough in repairing the leak. He was excellent!! This company is awesome & we appreciate it!!

Tim, Trevor, and Wes spent several days at my house replacing my water and sewer main. Top notch communication, super easy to get along with, and cleaned up the property well when it was over. I’ll be calling LD Smith back for all of my plumbing needs.

Prompt service - called on a Saturday afternoon. Immediately got a call and technician arrived within an hour. Work as promised. Very courteous and respectful. Fixed my leaking garbage disposal- put in a new in-sinkerator

Camera sewer line for utility

Called Bob this morning at 0730. He arrived shortly after 10 (when he said he'd be here). He was professions and courteous. I will call him again without question!

Unfortunately, after 14 years I needed a new heat pump and furnace. Summers had the best price, warranty and finance options. Had another local HVAC company come for a 2nd opinion and they were literally 3x more expensive than Summers with 5 years less warranty. Pretty much a no-brainer for me.....Summers it is!

I was so pleased and happy to have Trace help us with the heating problem. He was genuinely determined to troubleshoot the furnace and he determined the blower wasn't working. He suggested that the furnace may still be under warranty from another company and to check with them. I appreciate the fact he was looking out for us, not just the profit factor, His honesty was refreshing. Marlene

When Gordons arrived on that Monday. The clog had let go. They didn't have to do anything. So he left.

They sent a superstar jetter/drain(Adam,Andrew? Sorry but I appreciate you) guy to my disabled mom’s house and the drain was kinda plugged but they efficiently and effectively got it open and didn’t even have to go inside. Awesome, Amazing Knowledgeable guys. I’d trust my moms plumbing to them anytime I’m out of town. Thanks for squeezing it in! You guys are the best and made everyone’s night. Annual maintenance, but as a new owner I inherited an air cleaning system. Mike and I are both trying to get up to speed and make sure it is functioning properly. He was helpful in working with the vendor who made it. Neither one of us was around when the system and furnace were originally installed. Ordered the new filters and bulbs and he will be out to install at no charge!

After getting two quotes for much more extensive (unneeded) repair, a neighbor recommended Hellyer. They addressed only the issue at hand and replaced the leaking pipe without any major demolition or remodel. The overall price was about 1/4 of what the other companies quoted, not counting what would have been necessary remodeling. We are so grateful we heard about them in time and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Drain Busters Indy, a company that has no Competition in my book. I called Mark at 9 O'clock on a Saturday Night. He was leaving a job and decided he could accept our job and would be here to help us. In less than an hour he pulled up. Great Timing!! identified our issue and resolved it. He also discovered an underlying issue that needs attention soon. No hard selling or pressure. He told us what needs to happen and if we need him to do it, just call.
Mark was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We are calling him for our pending job and We plan to keep Drain Busters Indy as our Plumber of Choice... plumbing issues can be scary cause you don't know what you could be up against. Absolutely love them! The tech we got was awesome he didn't seemed bothered I'm a fat lady going through early menopause with a mouth that will make a sailor blush. Very professional, on time and honest.
