I had a leak on a drain in my garage, the technician was to be there between 2-6 dispatch sent me a message at 3:50 a technician was on his way, a different technician texted me at 4:30 that he was on his way at 5:30 no one had arrived or called at 6:00 we finally got ahold of dispatch and they said a technician was in route At 6:30 a technician showed up (the one that texted) but was a HVAC technician not a plumber even though I call Ben Franklin Plumbing. Then we finally got a call that said Richard was on his way (whom I had requested at 9:30 am) the night dispatcher and Richard did a fabulous job and that’s the only reason I gave high marks. The office and day dispatch has some issues that need to be worked outSo I rate Richard at a 5 and the office barely makes a 2So they didn’t have our follow up appointment and the the dispatcher told us that I was supposed to have called in to schedule the following morning even though I was told I was already on the schedule, but.....To their credit my wife talked to the manager and he was able to get David out to fix the problemDavid was very professional and repaired the drain better than expected as he found a better permanent solutionJeff (the manager) and David went above and beyond to not only fix the problem but repair the relationship to the point we will not only use Benjamin Franklin again but will recommend them to othersThanks for stepping up and doing what was needed, Customer service is not dead at least with them

I called asking for a quote and they said they do not send someone out for an estimate for a job if I may have asked another company for a quote. Who else only looks at ONE company and hires them immediately?? Its ridiculous! It sounds like they do not understand how a business works and how its normal to ask about pricing before agreeing to a job!

Responsive, friendly, on time. Explains things so anyone can understand the process. I had to add different projects last minute and they accommodated no questions ask.

We got a same day appointment. They called ahead when they were on their way, and quickly replaced our sump pump.

I had to have my water heater replaced and luckily I was still under warranty for parts but unfortunately not labor. Roto Rooter came out, which by the way I highly recommend service technician #6516 his name is Van. Very professional! He went above and beyond to take care of something for me that he knew I wasn’t happy about and got it taken care of when honestly he didn’t have to. If and when I have to call on Roto Rooter again for anything I’m asking for Van! Great customer service!

I’ve used him 3 times now and he is always willing to help. He is prompt and fair in price. I will continue to use The Plumb Dr. for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you.

I can't say enough about Bob. Our kitchen sink clogged on Friday afternoon, and he came over to snake our drain. After removing the sludge from our pipe, we realized our basement drain was clogged as well. We called him on Saturday morning, and he came over to fix that as well. With no hassle and without breaking the bank, we had a fully functioning house again. I can't say enough about Bob and his assistants. Wonderful people, and wonderful work.

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Great staff all around! They went out of their way to be helpful with scheduling. The technicians were able to fix my gas pipe connection to my service box the same day. Best plumbing company ever!

The problem was quickly diagnosed, and multiple options were presented. He told me what was involved with each option so I could make a decision. I look forward to having the new water heater installed!

Had a issue getting out Furnace Filter. Was tightly stuck. The Service Mgr. went out of his way within 15 minutes and did this for me. Recommend Service Plus very highly. They greet one nice on phone. Very professional. Send a pic of service person via phone when they are on their way. Been with them for 3 years now, ever since they opened. Have service contract for Air conditioning, Furnace,and Water Heater, which is very reasonable per year. If having any type of issue, if unable to come same day,next day for sure.Along with contract one receives free water flush per year. Also free will check all underneath cabinets. I received a $ 25 check once for recommending a neighbor, who was having Air Conditioning problems while their Air went out during a very hot day,their House was having Open House/For Sale, they came within a hour. I love when I call, and they (Patti) say Good Morning how can I help brighten your Day).....Very professional Business! Highly recommended them. They get work done quickly, and very down to earth People.

Repacked the valve rather than replacing it. I like people that think that way.

Besides the fact that my boys LOVED the big frog graphics on the plumbers shirts, the guys were in and out and very professional. Will use again.

They were extremely timely in helping me with the issue I was having. I received a call 30-45 minutes before when the service techs were en-route, which I appreciated. Employees are knowledgeable and the price is fair for the service. Definitely recommend giving 24/7 a call. Great company!
