Best Water Heaters Tankless Water Heaters in Indianapolis IN

We used Hope Plumbing about two weeks ago. We called on a Friday and they came out Tuesday. We were originally scheduled for Monday but there was a scheduling error. Hope Plumbing did give us a small discount due to the error. Jim was our service technician. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He talked me through the whole process from best case to worst case. I will definitely call Jim at Hope Plumbing if I have another need for them.

After being strung along by a big box store, we called Carter’s and they came out immediately to assess our situation and ultimately replace our water heater. They were very respectful of our home and our time. Highly professional. Thank you for such a good experience.

Had a wonderful experience with this company today. I needed affordable help same day, they were out within a few hours, and worked around my schedule, which I appreciated. Joe gave me a courtesy call and text, and was able to come a bit earlier. He took plenty of time to help find and solve the issue, while engaging and educating me along the way. He went well above and beyond what I've experienced with other local plumbers (we've worked with quite a few over the years) and will now be my go-to for any future issues.

I was very happy with the service. He gave an estimate of what it will cost, and they were able to fix my water heater fast! Will use them again in the future.

Be sure to get another quote! They will gouge you if you do not. $650 for half hour work. Other wise, work was fine

Corey is super responsive, professional, honest and does a great job! We will use him for all of our plumbing needs. He replaced several faucets for us, repaired a toilet and replaced a broken outdoor spigot.

Well at least they showed up. Cause last night they didn’t. Needed two issues fixed and they left without even looking at my leaking drain from my tub into my basement and they did unclogged the kitchen drain at least, I guess I a got one done but still have my leak on that , Ohh boy. Make your own opinion from what I experienced. Nice guys friend and respectful. Just not happy about still having a leaking issue.

Had Howald install a completely new HVAC system (furnace, A/C unit, duct system) in my 160 year old home. Could not be happier with the results. Installing an HVAC system in a home that was never designed for one brings up unique challenges – I didn’t want it to be overly intrusive (the home has solid brick walls). Howald was able to install the entire system in a very unobtrusive way using very small spaces and only a couple available runs to the second story. Tim from sales was very knowledgeable at the initial consultation and Chris and Jesse from the installation team could not have been greater.

Mr. McWhirter was extremely knowledgeable on the systems, professional, and a pleasure to sit down with and discuss plans. These plans were reasonable and affordable with financing. Elijah Wiggin was on time, dressed professionally, worked professionally, was very knowledgeable and did a good job of asking us questions to make sure we identified the correct root cause of our issue. We asked him to do a little more than we had a originally thought necessary and he was very happy to accommodate. He was also very friendly and personable.
