I’ve used Benjamin Franklin for years now. I’m on my second house with them, and I couldn’t be more happy with how knowledgeable Toby is. He’s funny, and does good work. Helped me get everything set up in my new home, from a water line for the fridge, to installing a new water softener.

The problem was that our powder room toilet was dripping into the basement. Adam identified the problem immediately as an incorrect sealing used to set the toilet. He corrected the problem using the correct sealing and the problem was solved.

I had a leak in a hot water heater! Called Carter and they responded quickly and solved that problem and one that looked like it was getting ready to cause a lot of water damage to my home.

This company is top notch for ease of scheduling and great service. Phil came out to fix our water heater and was kind, courteous, and very efficient. He did the job quickly, explained and showed us the reason for the repairs, and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Phil and will be using his services again as needed.

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

I have been using Weilhammer Plumbing for many years and have been very satisfied. I am always dealing with a family member, and their prices are very competitive. I recently had two toilets replaced and always appreciate their attention to detail. This is a smaller company that spans at least two generations. You call the main number and they answering service will send them your message, and they will respond quite promptly. It took me a little while to get used to this, however their prices mandate keeping costs down, and this is fine with me.

On time, very professional. Dayton was the lead on this project, and fixed rattling pipes with straps in the crawl space. Much cheaper than replacing all water pipes, which was quoted by another service.

We have used Roby’s for years (and at three successive homes) – and have only positive experiences to report. The people they have answering their phones are actually knowledgeable about plumbing which is very helpful. We have never had to wait more than a day or two for any plumbing call – and less time as reasonable in an emergency. The rates are always extremely reasonable and their service men are personable and so knowledgeable. We referred them to friends on many occasions over the years – with all good reports back to us.
