I cannot say enough great things about Hope Plumbing. After a month of seeking solutions for my gas leak from different plumbers in Indianapolis, some told me they wouldn’t even quote the project while others wanted me to convert my whole system to electric. Richard P. from Hope Plumbing was the only one to provide me with multiple solutions that did not require me to convert my system to electric, showing a true ability to problem solve. After being without gas for a month, Richard, Willy, and Sam came on a Saturday and a holiday weekend, just one day after giving us an estimate to replace our gas line. They are clearly dedicated to their customers. They were such a hard working & personable/professional team and their work was meticulous. I wish I would’ve called Hope Plumbing first and I will going forward. Thank you Richard, Willy, and Sam at Hope Plumbing for giving us hot water again!

We had an excellent experience. Tyler and Jake did a great job on a tankless water heater install. Speedy, polite, tidy, and at a very competitive price! After they finished the install, they took the time to answer all my questions about owning this new type of hot water heater and were happy to share their knowledge with me. I won't do another plumbing job without at least talking to Ciriello first - very impressed!

I woke to a leaking toilet and the valve to shut it off broke as soon as I tried to shut it off and on top of that I could not locate my mail hut off valve. Called and told them my situation and was assured they would send someone as quickly as they could. Alex Arrived quickly since it was an emergency i didnt have an appointment. They dispatched someone as soon as they could. I appreciated that. I received a photo via text of Alex so i knew who to expect. He was quick and professional and told me dont worry. It was done fast and the price was half of what I was expecting to pay. I figured since it was an emergency they were going to charge a fee just to come out like the first people I called who said it would be $89 just to come out. Wow! You know that anxiety you get when you poop at someon else's house and it won't flush?? Welp, that can happen at your own house too, who would of thought!? I called and spoke with the super friendly and funny Jamie and told her about my pooptastrophy. The doctors came out in a timely manner and was able to get that monster down into the sewer swamp where it belongs! Thank you, Plumb Doctor! My toilet is cured!

Shane Knight was the service technician that pumped my septic tank. This was a great experience because I got to see how it worked. But more than that, Shane took the time while working continuously to answer questions I had about my tank. How it works, how its built, do's and dont's. Recommended the proper cleaning and treating product for the tank and explained the difference in products and why one is better than the other. He took the time needed to help a customer feel satisfied in his service, and believe in his knowledge. This makes him a great asset, and me, a returning customer. Thanks Shane!

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Corey and Plumb on. He was very knowledgeable and most importantly honest about whether I should have the maintenance done on my water heater. He wasn't trying to sell me anything either. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs. Technician provided an estimate for installing a new water bypass line and hard connecting the water softener. He provided me with several options and was very patient with my questions and concerns and answered everything to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him.

I had used Howald for a major sewage line repair/replacement last year and they did well so I went back to them today to replace an exterior hose bibb. Both jobs took place in our crawl space, not the most pleasant working conditions. I requested Arman as he worked on the previous job. He has a great attitude and is meticulous with his work. He installed a high quality, all metal bibb with a new water shut- off valve upstream of the bibb in case it needed work in the future. Job was completed within the estimate given by Steve. This is the performance you expect but don’t always get from contractors. I recommend Howald without reservation.

Very pleased with my recent toilet replacement. Alex was very professional and the work was performed quickly and neatly. Carter's also replaced my garbage disposal a few months ago and that work was done just as professionally. I will definitely be contacting Carter's My Plumber for any plumbing work that I need in the future.
