We recently had a water heater replacement. Josh Shahan was our plumber and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. He was very hospitable, super nice to our dogs, and cleaned up well after himself. No complaints whatsoever. Would totally use Hope again because of Josh.

Had to call today as our A/C condensation line was clogged and overflowing. Gary was out here with a quick response time. Had the line cleared fairly quickly. I had a busted pipe and called for help. Within no time Danny was out and our busted pipe was replaced for a price that was more than fair. I highly recommend this company.

Routine AC tune up, two technicians a trainer and trainee. Serious issue with leaving condensation drain disconnected. Minor issue of replacing brand new filter and using my own filters without asking. Another minor issue with leaving hose attachments by AC unit and not returned with hose.
