Best Water Heater Maintenance in Indianapolis IN

We had a new well drilled recently and the hydrogen sulfide smell from our hot water had considerably increased. I called Hope for a quote on getting our water heater anode changed (our old rod was effectively gone, see photo), they sent someone out same day and he took a look and gave me a satisfactory quote. The next morning he came back and was here maybe 15 minutes, got the old anode swapped out with a new one meant for well water. I've never had such efficient service from any plumbing/electrical/well/hvac company in my life. Why can't every company work like this?

Sam Evens did an excellent job with our home repair. Our shower faucet was not working properly with water coming out the shower head and faucet at the same time. He was timely and professional. 30 minutes later we had a new faucet and the shower is back to normal. Thanks Pristine Plumbing!

Mark was informative, knowledgeable, professional and respectfully friendly. No pressure but the information he shared brought us to choosing Ben Franklin, though a little more expensive. Then Gus did the installation. He did an efficient, excellent job. He was friendly and asked how I was and about holiday plans...personable in a very nice way. I was working my phone job in the basement and he was respectful with the noise level. Very happy with Ben Franklin’s professionalism across the board and their excellent customer service. If the follow up is a great, you are in good hands with BF!!

I emailed three plumbers for a price quote. I received a call back, estimate, ETA for the appointment time, and they fixed my issue, all before the other two plumbers contacted me. I would recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Rich who I think is one of the owners has gone out of his way to help on the phone. I had a home inspection Friday and had a water leak (of course). While I was still under the house Tyler showed up to fix it. Pat has been out to work on water heater and other stuff and has been excellent. I had a different guy out today to install new sink and disposal and though i am drawing a blank on his name - he was knowledgeable, courteous - just like Tyler and Pat.
So my next flip is coming and I will def being using them again. I wish I could give 6 stars.

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

Tk900lgi driver with that plate should not be on the road. He’s an a hole to say the least. Cutting everyone off. Great face of the company.

We have a yearly inspection/maintenance plan with Summers that covers HVAC and plumbing. It's a very small investment for routine checkups. The plan does not cover major repairs. Recommendations made are usually overpriced (they have a captive audience) so we usually take it under advisement and shop around. The technicians are always courteous and professional. We usually renew our subscription with one of the techs so that they get credit for the sale. Overall, we are happy with the company and the service plan.

Honest timely

I called and they were able to get someone out within 2 hours and didn’t even charge any additional emergancy fees to clear my drain. I had been trying to clear my drain myself for about a week and could NOT get my auger past this 90 degree turn. Paul came out and he was SO professional and helpful. He tried for a solid hour and couldn’t get it clear and just when we were about to give up he stuck his hand in. What did he find? A TINY RUBBER DUCKY MY TODDLER SHOVED DOWN THE DRAIN. He was able to get it out and because of his dedication I didn’t have to get the whole cast iron pipe cut off and replaced. 12/10 would recommend every time.

Plumb On has been the plumber for our pet grooming business for the last three years and have never once disappointed us. Always timely, priced fairly and excellent quality of work. I called these plumbers a few weeks ago because my home was experiencing weird sounds in the pipes. Ended up being trapped air, but it sounded like moaning animals. They came out that same day and only charged me a minimum. These are guys you can trust. They have great reviews too. Call this Fisher's plumbing company today! You won't be disappointed
