We had water issues at our house and had to have Roto Rooter come out and take care of it. Javier Osorio and Stanley Scott were our techs today and they did an awesome job! They answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend them!

I contacted the company at my neighbors suggestion. The booking process was simple. Day of the appointment was a different story. I was told they'd arrive at 9am. After 9am I received a call saying they were running late and would arrive at 10am. I understand things happen and agreed to the new time. At 10:15am, they still weren't here. I contacted the company only to find out the tech didn't know he had a 10am appt and they wanted to reschedule me. I will not be using their services as I appreciate people who respect my time.

Fix disposal and start a project for outside gas line installation

Highly highly recommend. My main line was backed up and had about 4 inches of sewer water in my basement. In a couple hours it was good as new. Any major company would've taken days and multiple appointments to vaccuum the water, and then unclog the pipe.

Carter's saved the day today. Found a leak in our crawl space at a spigot that lead us to another leak on the main. After a call this morning to them, they had no appointments available. We called Roto Rooter, technician came out for 5 minutes, didn't even go in the crawl, said $1000 to repair. I asked them to leave. Angie called back to ask if things were fixed, because they had availability as another job finished early. About 30 minutes later, they were here, 30 minutes after that, they were done. Pricing was no where near what Roto Rooter quoted. This company has been great to us, sewer line repair/replacement, pump installation, water heater installation, they've always been quick and courteous. You get what you pay for and this company delivers time and time again with an awesome front office, owners, and staff. Personable, courteous, just great people. Can't thank them enough.

I thoughts Mr. Plumber would right a wrong, but I was mistaken.We've used Mr. Plumber for years for general maintenance, and usually the techs are high quality, but recently had an old leaking 2nd story shower we asked them to take a look at. I told the plumber I suspected it was faulty grout issue but just wanted to make sure. Seemingly in a hurry, he was insistent it had to be the shower hardware behind the wall, which he could fix for $1200. I deferred to his expertise and all that money later, we had the same exact leak that same day. I was able to stop the leak days later simply with more caulk. He also quoted me on another repair and when his manager came out he said that repair couldn't even be done. I was told this was one of their more experienced plumbers. After sharing our dissatisfaction, they only quoted us more work at a discount or offered a $200 refund. We took the refund, but they could never provide any proof that the $1200 fix was necessary, no proof that there was any reason to believe that was the source of the leak. I had another plumber from another company out for a second opinion and he said 8/10 times the type of leak I had is a grout issue. So, my wife who was present for all of this, and I feel cheated out of $1000 and now there's holes in the ceiling and wall we're left to deal with as well.

Where do I start?! Tony & his team have taken care of our plumbing (and natural gas) needs for years. They are always on time, do fantastic work, and bill me very fairly. We recently remodeled our kitchen and the Hellyer Plumbing team was there to find innovative solutions to complex problems. They are the only plumbing team I use personally and the only team I recommend to friends and family.

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!
