Benjamin Franklin was the only plumbing company that was willing to communicate with me via text, instead of calling.They were pro-active about answering my questions, and really took charge of making sure I felt confident that they were going to take care of my issue.It turned out to be a fair simple fix, and Robert didn't push for upselling the issue, or some kind of maintenance plan. I would highly recommend LD Smith based on the work they completed for me. Having major plumbing done on your house isn't something anyone looks forward to but LD Smith made the experience as painless as possible. They worked on a large 3 day major project at our house. Tim (site manager), Trevor, Nick and Wes were all very respectful to our house, polite, explained each step of the process very well, and they were able to finish on schedule. They now have a customer for life!

Speedy service and Fantastic care! Sump pump failed leaving a completely waterlogged basement. The owner came out to diagnose and in less than 6 hours a new pump is installed and working fine! Thank you all!

I called for an emergency service call on Sunday night and was told they were booked up. Called another plumber and was told it would be about $250 for a sunday night emergency call and have the leaking elbow on my hot water heater line fixed. I called Roto Rooter back and got an appointment for Monday thinking I might save about $100. (Keep in mind, this is a crack in a little elbow. Solder the crack or replace the elbow right?) Technician comes over and charges me $365 to fix the leak, and then I see a picture and he had put 5 Shark Bite fittings on this one pipe just to fix the elbow and it took 10 minutes and $50 worth of fittings! $365!! I could've had it taken care of a day earlier on a weekend night for cheaper and not had half a dozen fittings puzzled together! And no, i'm not going to copy this and email it to you with all of my information Roto Rooter.

Brian and Chuck were amazing!! They installed a water softener and an under the sink reverse osmosis system in our home. They were on time and very respectful.
