The service was swift, professional, affordable! I have used Hope Plumbing for perhaps 3-4 jobs now, and would highly recommend. Their customer service folk are great, as are their plumbers. You can probably find a slightly lower rate, but I have found that they have such great customer service, across the board great technicians, and really do high quality work that they stand behind— All of that makes it well worth it.

Excellent service, communication, and value! I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and my technician, Nathan was amazing! He fixed my leaky toilet quickly, was friendly and professional, and told me the pricing up front. 10/10 would recommend this company to others.

They were great! They got me on the schedule 2 hours after I called them. The technician got here 30 minutes early. He was fast, efficient, friendly, & professional. He ran into a bit of a snag with the flap, but he worked at it until it was perfect. I'll definitely call them again.

The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

8/3 I have a 20 yr old A/C unit that needed replaced and Summers gave me a great deal on a new A/C unit and and a furnace combo. I am extremely happy with my options.8/5. Corey from Plumb On installed a water pressure regulator for us today, because our water pressure was that of a fire hose. He and his coworker were on time, very kind, and spoke to me like a person. That last one may not sound like a big deal but it made all the difference. I am very confident with the work they completed, and will be calling them every time.

From beginning to end I was extremely impressed with Austin and Mr. Plumber as a company. They arrived on time for both the estimate and the work to be done. They were not pushy with any sales and very knowledgeable. They advised on many aspects I needed to consider with the age of my water heater and certain things that were not up to code. They quoted a fair price in comparison to other estimates I had received. They were quick, kind, and explained to me all they completed when finished.Overall 10/10 would recommend. ?

The response time was great since the furnace wasn't running at all and the temp outside was 26 degrees. Dan was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and checked over everything to make sure it was running properly. He was very professional, nice, polite and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for the quick turnaround and getting our heat back on right away.

In February we had our fireplace on and we smelled gas so we turned off the fireplace and called Mansfield Plumbing (since they were recommended by Godby and that is who installed our fireplace).

On March 3rd, Dalton from Mansfield Plumbing came to the house and tightened 2 nuts inside the fireplace (near where the gas line came into the fireplace). He never checked anything else – not inside or outside, nor did he turn the gas on to check it. He was in our house for a maximum of 5 minutes (no joke). We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $205 from them.

We did not turn on the gas fireplace again for a week or so and still smelled gas, so we called them again. Dalton returned and did some crazy, funky stuff outside. He assumed the gas smell was coming from the key insertion into the house, so he wanted to replace the connector outside. (Keep in mind that was why we originally called them and paid the $200 on March 3rd.) When he replaced the connector he moved it further away from the house (a good 12+ inches). He then came in and told us our key that turns on the fireplace no longer works that WE would have to go find/buy a 12-inch key AND a 12-in extender to be able to reach the new connector to be able to turn on the fireplace?? In the mean time he was going to just turn off the gas, so basically he never tested this new connector to see if it even worked correctly because we had no key to turn it on….. We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $548 from them.

We then went to another plumbing store and bought a key and connector and SURPRISE – it did not work, so we had to call them again….. Another man came to the house (Richard) and now had to redo everything that Dalton did, and move the gas line and connector closer to the house so a normal 12-inch key will reach the turn value without the extender. To fix this problem he also had to replace the pipe coming into our house and made the hole a lot bigger…. Now that it is April, however, we can’t really check the fireplace to see if it works, but at least a key will turn it on…

Now, however, because he had to make the hole where the pipe comes into our house bigger we have to know have (another company) come out and try to fix the gush of air that is now constantly coming into our house from either the pipe or around the pipe and fix the tacky calk that is piled around the pipe on the outside of our house on the brick (tacky)……

We were promised they would “reevaluate” our bills and make it right with us, but that is not true. They made us pay all the originally bills. Bottom line this company got $753 from us and did a TERRIBLE job, and now we have to find someone to come and stop the cold air coming into our house by the pipe and fix the tacky patch job they did around the pipe on the outside of the house on the brick. (Have a picture of this.) So be ware and be prepared to pay a lot of money and probably not have it done correctly.

all those who came out were professional, pleasant, kind, always a good outlook (even when things did not seem to go the way wanted secondary to weather or something else).
i liked the verbal interactions that were needed. able to answer any questions and have them answered so i did not come away feeling craze or having wasted the workers and/or my time. these interactions were between workers in the field and office workers

I am glad that I worked with this company and my plumbing is fixed, i do believe, thru-out my abode.
Would like to thank the management of Armor Air for having the wisdom to employ the workers they have. I believe and my experience shows this is a great company to work with. Would like to thank each of them.

I am renting a house in Carmel and have been here a year. When I first moved in, the hot water heater did not work and needed a part replaced. Jim came right away and was very friendly and trustworthy; he had to come back to fix it when I was at work. Almost a year to the day, the hot water heater was not working. The emergency number I had for the property was Danny's. He was so wonderful, trying to reach the realty company to get it fixed. Sam was also very friendly and helpful, also trying to reach the realty company. I was without hot water for quite a few days. Jim came out again when I was at work to fix the hot water heater. I cannot thank them all enough. I will definitely use them in the future as I am now buying a house.

Williams Comfort Air did my yearly maintenance service foe my air conditioner and heating system. Andrew, my service person, very very respectful of my home and used all the Covid 19 recommended protection. Andrew was very helpful and answered my questions. I was very satisfied with the job he did.

Brandon checked for leaks on a new range we purchased and turned on an old tight gas line valve. Also had him quote some additional work that will need to be done in the near future. He took the time to talk through the future project. He made you feel like you were just talking to your neighbor.

Great Work and in a timely manner! Was very knowledgeable and showed me everything I needed to know about my new pump! Great job !!!
