My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!
Then PLUMBERS AIR+ showed up on my phone. I called they answered IMMEDIATELY ! Spoke with a WONDERFUL woman soft spoken I told her my dilemma, she replied Oh my goodness, we can have someone come out today! I said yes please! I received a text with a picture showing me what the repairman look like and a Bio of his background. This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! Mark and co. came out and replaced my water heater a couple of months ago, and did a great job! In and out in a day, reasonable price, didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I'm only sorry it took me so long to get around to writing this review! Definitely pick these folks for your plumbing needs!

Contacted Roto-rooter after sewer line clogged again after it was supposedly cleared by another company just 1.5 weeks ago . The company kept me informed on ETA. The plumber listened to my issues and assessed the plumbing set in the house which included going under the crawl space to see pipe set up. Explained the piping set up and where the clean out plugs were located. Explain the repair options in detail including cost. He did explain that an external clean out pipe would be beneficial (1977 home) not only for ease of unclogging system, but cost would be lower if there were any clog. His field supervisor had come during the assessment and he explained his role. The plumber and field manager were very patient and answered all my questions regarding the options, discussed worst case scenarios. The camera assessment of the pipes is included in the pricing where other companies charge this separately. The field manager and plumber talked me through the viewing of the pipes. The plumber was very thorough. He thought he heard some water dripping after he had replaced the toilet and he went back down to the icky crawl space to double check the piping (it was fine). It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and wants to ensure that are fixed. He cleaned up his work area nicely.Fela Colney (technician) and Jarrett Heintz were great! Thanks

Had a shower drain leak. Within a couple of hours it was repaired.

We called ACME after noticing our water heater leaking. They came out the same day and installed a new water heater 2 hours later. Tech was friendly and informative. Would recommend and will use them again.

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
They have always been arrived on time, everyone they've sent out has been friendly, efficient, and explain what the situation is, what they will do to repair/replace and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough for all your plumbing needs!

The installers were on time and done way sooner than I anticipated. Which was a great thing! The price was reasonable and less than what Lowes wanted to charge me.

Arrived on time but did not take time to pull area rugs out of the way ruined the brand new rug with rust and sewage water just bought the rug last week and Left roots and sewage on the floor the bad part is that I'm a plumbing professional plumbing is what I do for a living this is highly unlikely professional and inexcusable Gordon plumbing should train their technician better

Floyd was punctual and very informative about our problems and possible options. He allowed us to ask questions until we understood the situation. He had enthusiasm and you could tell he enjoyed and took pride in his work. We will recommend him to others.

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.
