Had them take out a dishwasher and install a new one. Honest and did a quick job (unlike Hope Plumbing which found three things they also needed to fix which Grateful Plumber said worked just fine or just needed tightened). Also I appreciated they didn't have a flat fee for coming out, and would give you the price for the service over the phone unlike many companies.

We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

We had an emergency sewage backup problem and they dispatched their crew within half an hour. VERY friendly and professional people. They solved the problem right away. Plumbers often get bad reputation but I'd use them again and highly recommend them for anybody.

Service was great and technician was on time, friendly and very informative. Kris was able to unclog the outside line quickly, which was much appreciated. Called for an initial septic tank pumping. Was told there was good and bad news. Good news everything seems to look real good. Bad news there might be an issue with the baffle. We'll send out a technician for free quote. Got the best case vs. worst case quotes stated to me as 2 separate quotes. Best case $3700. Worst case scenario $6500. At no time was it stated to me that the $6500 would be in addition to the $3700 for worst case. Agreed to the numbers of what I was lead to believe was either $3,700 or $6,500 according to what was stated to me before getting to see the contract or fine print. READ THE FINE PRINT,
and don't agree until you've seen the contract. Work was started and found out it was worst case scenario of what I believed was $6500. Agreed to have it done. Come time to pay, total was best and worst case scenarios together. Over $10,200 for 4 hours of work. For transparency, the quotes should have been written either by itself for best case or combined for worst case and stated as $3700 for best and $10,200 for worst case scenario combining the two numbers stated and written. $10,200 never was stated to me verbally or in writing until it came time to pay. Very misleading and a huge punch to the gut financially for a family of 4 on teacher's salary and 2 toddlers. Be VERY VERY careful with this company. Workers were nice. More like wolves in sheep's clothing.

I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.

Incompetent plumber flooded my kitchen. Never trust this company!!!

Brandon was very polite during his time here. He explained what might be causing my problems and what he would be doing to check out the problem. He was great at explaining my options for payment. Overall Brandon was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company along with Brandon.

Excellent Speedy Service

Tyler came out to do a routine inspection and help us identify dome areas that we may not have noticed. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his findings and communication. He was transparent to the reason he saw issues and didn't hide anything from us. He wasn't pushy or forced thi go down our throat, but also explained why he would suggest something. We were very happy and decided to do some repair work while he was on site. He had the right tools and parts for the job and has us inspect the work when he was done. I'd recommend using them and would request him again.

Chuck came out to my residence today and was on-time and kept it real with me as far as my issues and cleared my sewage drain! Scott showed up later with a camera and gave me free estimate on my costs to a better fix instead continuously calling plumbers out every 3-4yrs! Thank you guys for all of your help and expertise!!!

Steve worked with me to determine whether there was a “fix” before replacing my water heater. He was mindful of my needs as well as my budget.

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.
