Best System Maintenance in Indianapolis IN

Been using Hope for at least a good 5 years. I do not recommend them anymore. The program is a joke. They upcharge you for someone to go down your stairs, try to sell you on things that could be easily fixed for WAY less. Customer service is argumentative and very unhelpful. Just find someone else and save yourself the hassle.

Grateful Plumber was referred by a friend to hook up a water softner. Softner was hooked up in no time, but was then informed there was a leak in an o-ring and needed replaced. Very disappointed they didn't offer to assit with leak and I will now have to contact another plumber and pay for another service call to make the water softner operable. Feel like it was a waste of money since the full job wasn't completed.

Ask for Kyle! I have a root problem with old clay pipe that needs attention annually. I always ask for Kyle because he always takes his time to understand the problem even if we think the roots are in the same location as the last time. He’s willing to make an adjustment if we don’t fix it in the first try and doesn’t try to gouge me on price. Very fair, very professional.

Dennis did a great job installing our new toilets.

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

I was so impressed by the efficiency and dedication of Service Plus. Their service technician, Collin, was able to figure out an underlying issue that had present since we moved into our home and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had working heat before leaving. He had a great personality and took time to explain to us what the issue was and how to circumvent in the future. This service is highly recommended based on our experience!!

10 years of great service!

Had a water line leak. Under a slab. Guys worked their tails off to get to it and we’re polite and understanding when they had to give me bad news (additional hole in floor on other side of the wall). Also took it upon themselves to notice I was a veteran and offered a discount. Most folks don’t bring something like that up, they hope you simply don’t ask and charge full. Did great work and we’re good guys - will definitely use them again!

We had them come out and quote wet jetting our sewers. We've had to replace our floors twice because of overflowing sewers. Scott was terrific when he used the camera to look in the sewers and explain what we were looking at. Scott is having the other team come back to wet jet towards the street and revise what they wet jetted towards the house. I am not sure why both sides weren't done to begin with. We are still in the middle of this process. It is a little inconvenient to have to have them come out twice for they could have done once.

Eval on furnace and AC unit. Very informative and professional with explanation of status of the units.Will be continuing to go through this service for all my heating and cooling needs. Much appreciated as a woman when I was treated with respect and kind towards my animals. Bradley was awesome

Our heating system was not working. Larry found a blown fuse. Might have been related to Nest thermostat. Larry was very helpful troubleshooting the issue on the phone and determined the need for the visit. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. Appreciate the service very much.

Jason Thompson was a terrific help and provided great customer service. I’m glad he was the service man that came to our home today to replace our well pump. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
