Had to diagnose a difficult leak and find and repair. All done in one evening and they worked late, went to the store and came back with the part, installed, and cleaned up well. Very personable and friendly, communicated situation well at each step. Even interacted with the family dog. Thank you Richard and Jeremy - you were both a great team and I appreciated your work!

Showed on time and provided a detailed estimate, plus explanation of how came up with the estimate. Once I signed off on estimate, they immediately went to work and had our clog cleared in short order.

We had a water leak on July 4th weekend. I called 14 different plumbers. Some said we can do it Tuesday. Others said they were out of town for the weekend and couldn't help. Most wouldn't even answer my calls. Plumb Doctor was the first and ONLY plumber to say -- yes we have emergency techs working. We can be there within the hour. Whew!! Technician Chris is worth his weight in gold. These guys have earned my business for life!!

Very unprofessional. Left poop and dirty water on the floor after flushing the toilet and saying it's not his problem it's the the sewer and he doesn't do sewers. Just left a mess and cussed at me in the parking lot.

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Wow! Very professional, on time, replaced my water heater with absolutely no mess. I got three estimates from the Big guns and Reasonable Plumbing's was just that, very reasonable. They will be my go to team for all my plumbing issues.

Our water heater cracked open and Steg replaced it. The work was done quickly and they were honest about costs and options for replacement. They let me know when they were on their way with a text message and email with the workers picture and bio! Great work and great communication. I highly recommend them.

We have a clogged drain. After having 4 others companies come out and they couldn't fix it. According them them I needed all new pipes!! Josh from Gordon's came in did his job and fixed the clog. Without trying to sell me $3000 pipe replacement.
