I will tell everybody that asks for a plumber to call Reasonable Plumbers, Solomon came out did the job quickly, professionally and thorough. When he left I felt like I won’t have a problem with this job. My water is hot, no leaks, really nice water heater and new hardware everYW here and they didn’t try to rip my pockets off my pants. Trust me check these guys out. I’m going to put in some before/after photos.

We live in an apartment and our water heater (due to age) started leaking down into the neighbors apartment below us. We had NO idea because our water heater was built into our cabinets and hidden behind a false wall in our kitchen. Our landlord sent a few plumber's into our apartment who just were TERRIBLE. They made this a bigger mess and longer drawn out mess than need be.. One thing they all had in common was They lacked common sense..

So it was a breath of fresh air when Solomon came into my apartment to resolve the situation! He was so polite and understanding. He made sure to describe things to me in a way that I could easily understand, so I knew exactly what the next steps would be and why. After assessing what repairs he needed to make (and even fixing another plumber's small mess) I felt relieved for the first time since this all started. The NEXT day Solomon and his crew showed up to install my NEW WATER HEATER and they were very professional. The two workers he had with him were amazing. They showed up on time, with all the tools necessary to do the job, and they completed the job in a timely manner. They made sure to clean up after themselves very wellalso ! They were in and out, but did a very professional and GOOD job. Very pleased and HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Reasonable Plumbing was excellent. The pipes under my kitchen sink were installed by an amateur and were not connected properly, causing occasional leaks. I sent them a photo of the problem, they gave me an estimate, and had availability within a few days.

My plumber was Pinocchio. He let me know when he was on his way, arrived at the time promised, finished the job quickly, and was friendly and polite.

If this company keeps up their professionalism and competitive prices, they will definitely be my first call when I have a plumbing issue.

I am extremely impressed by the immediate response we received from Reasonable Plumbing! Not only did they respond within the hour, they were able to come out and repair our toilet the next day. The technician was honest about the possibility of having to replace our toilets, but still attempted to repair them. I will absolutely utilize Reasonable Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

From beginning to end this was a 5 star experience. I got a garbage disposal, sink, faucet, two shut offs tee and basket strainer installed. Price wise more than reasonable. They came in almost 50 percent cheaper than other quotes. From my first contact with Solomon who did my estimate everything was great. Went through all my options and never once tried to upsell me. I even asked his opinion if I should upgrade something and he was honest and told me it wasn't really needed. The pricing was so good that I opted for additional services that I did not plan on getting. Wasn't even suggested to me I just took the opportunity bc the quote was below my budget. I even made a last minute change and hour or so before they came out and it was not a problem. Very accommodating. Brice and Julian were awesome. They worked quickly and efficiently. They worked quietly almost forgot they were here. They hauled away all my old things. Great customer service and very pleasant. Not one of those forced customer service niceness. Very genuine and you can tell they love what they do. Reasonable Plumbing will be my first call from hear on out.

Solomon from Reasonable plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet at my home. He was very professional and very courteous. He did an incredible job installing it with no issues. The price was fair and far superior to other plumbing companies in Indianapolis. Reasonable Plumbing also didn't automatically enroll you in a membership program like a certain Indianapolis based plumbing company.

I would recommend Reasonable Plumbing for any issue at your home. Ask for Solomon if possible, he's a incredible plumber and a good human.

We had frozen pipes and leaks from the big storm recently. Another company came first and fixed a couple leaks, then said they’d have to unhook and move the water heater to get to the next leak. I felt like they took advantage of the situation by price gouging and trying to upswell. So I called Reasonable Plumbing to finish the job and they were better in every way; price, professionalism, and they fixed it without moving the water heater.

Solomon's quote for my system (bradford white 50 gal hybrid 240V is only from plumbing contractors) was priced right. Further, it included extended warranty, thermal expansion tank installed, 5 years of annual servive and existing tank removal, cleanup and all taxes. Install is clearly professional and Solomon was very careful, starting up the machine for its first time. Lastl and importantly Solomon and Julian were well-mannered gentlemen (with clean work-clothes).

What wonderful experiences our company has had with Reasonable Plumbing! The first visits were just after Christmas and before the New Year and they were quick to respond and come out to assess our leak in the ceiling of our women's restroom. They found the leak, fixed the leak and found our small water heater wasn't good up there either so they replaced it as well. Called them out again this week about our men's restroom leak and garbage disposal in the kitchen leaking. They came out today and assessed, fixed and replaced what was needed. Ok- so only one service call with Reasonable Plumbing- it was a few months ago for a consultation on where a possible leak could be happening. Solomon is extremely professional, took the time to answer all of my questions, offered up possible culprits etc... while I believe I solved the issue, this company has been extremely responsive!! Am going to have them come back out to address a separate/different issue, but if the first meeting is any indication of the work etc... I am sticking with Solomon and the company for sure!!!

I purchased a new home and reached out to reasonable Plumbing for a few services. Reasonable came out to give me an estimate to install a gas line for my stove. The tech strongly suggested I get a back up for my sump pump I had no experience with sump pumps in addition to the sump pump I also had a washer machine leaking. If you are in need of some plumbing services, do not hesitate to call reasonable plumbing. We had a pipe burst in our wall at our Home and Solomon came within a couple of days to fix it. Immediately following that, our icemaker to our refrigerator started leaking, and reliable plumbing was out there the next day helping us out to get the problem fixed. In addition, the homeowners we bought the condo from did a lot of do it yourself plumbing. Solomon and his crew came in and fixed both kitchen sinks, and bathroom vanities to make sure we do not have another issue with leaking water. Everything was fixed and at a reasonable price. I would call it reasonable and reliable, the name says it all! Top notch! I know we will not hesitate to call them again for any other plumbing services we need.

I’m here again to give another review for reasonable plumbing! Noticed a leak in my garage on the ceiling, called reasonable plumbing, they were there in two days. Pinocchio investigated the leak and we were able to figure out where the water was coming from. We are in the process of getting it fixed! Can’t say enough about this Plumbing Service. If you are in need of any type of plumbing or water service, do not hesitate to call reasonable plumbing. Like I said in my earlier review, Top Notch!! Definitely be calling them again if we need plumbing services!

I had a suspicion of a natural gas leak in the house and called Reasonable Plumbing. They quickly checked their scheduling and squeezed me in given the priority and possible hazard involved. Solomon came and was very courteous, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Solomon was able to quickly find the leak, which unfortunately is in an old gas log fireplace that will be challenging to find a replacement but at least we were able to find a shutoff valve to stop the leak for the time being. The service was done at no charge, it's rare that you find a company that does not at least have a service charge just for coming in the door. When I stated that to Solomon he said that Reasonable Plumbing purposely does not have a service charge because they do not want to discourage people from having potential problems diagnosed. A company with great customer service, honesty and integrity; a rare treat!

My home plumbing was unusable all water was over flowing the downstairs bathroom it was a nightmare! I found this company on Thumbtack and the responded right away. I was giving a 10-2 window and asked if it could be as close to 10 as possible they were on the way by 11! The plumber was professional informative and did not try to take advantage of the situation. He got straight to work cleared the issue quickly and the price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend this company. It's rare to find a plumber who is not just about making as much money as possible off someone's misfortune and lack of knowledge. REASONABLE PLUMBING lives up to the name!

Service was fine, price was decent - only complaint was that during original quote I asked them to check hook up on dishwasher, was told no problem. They did not include on quote, when they arrived we discussed looking at it again & I was told no problem they would, after service was done I asked again & he said yeah I will look at it, walked outside, came back in & said boss said he couldn't look at it. Was never about money, just declined to do the 3rd thing I originally asked for when we did quote. I would have hired another plumber if I had known up front they wouldn't do it. If they were honest and just said they did not work on dishwashers up front I wouldn't have hired them. Why hire 2 people to do 1 job? Now I have to do exactly that because they just weren't upfront with me. Easier to be honest the 1st time.

This was my first experience dealing with Reasonable Plumbing and it was amazing. They were kind and professional from the first time I spoke with them. They did a free estimate and gave a great price for the work I needed done. When it came time for the 2 sink installations Solomon picked them up from the store and brought them with him. I just thought that was a step above. The work went very smoothly he was very knowledgeable and was able to work through some tricky things that popped up with one of the sinks. Absolute professional! Installed a tankless water heater for me and I am beyond pleased. Had an issue with the exhaust, had to replace the flashing on the roof and he called his professional roofer out. This weekend we found out that our water heater had a slow leak from its base. Reasonable Plumbing took my call on a Sunday afternoon and was able to perform the replacement service on Tuesday. They were the least expensive of 4 plumbers I called for quotes and did the work quickly and professionally, improving the lines the water heater fed into and repairing bad PVC connections from the home builder they found, all for no additional cost and out of their diligence to quality work. They were very courteous and walked me through the installation and pointed out other plumbing things to look out for in the future as handy tips. Found water pouring into our basement late in the evening. Called several plumbing services and Reasonable was the service that was able to respond. They made special accommodation and to get an excellent plumber out here and spent the time needed to identify and correct the issue. They had to return the next day to with the parts to correct the repair. Amazing service. Prevented a big problem from getting worse and was able to get bypass the issue and allow us to use water until the parts could be ordered and installed. Highly recommend.

I’ve turned to Solomon more than once with a ridiculous water heater issue (most recently, a birds nest blocking the vent!) and he has graciously helped me out every time within days of me reaching out. Reasonable Plumbing is 100% true to their name. Their rates are reasonable, they’re reliable, and most importantly for me, they are honest and straightforward in explaining whatever the issue might be.

There are so many plumbing companies in Indianapolis and big brand names have the highest visibility. Having dealt with at least two big name Indy plumbing companies for frozen pipe emergencies, and having spent unnecessary sums of money, I value Solomon and his business all the more.

I cannot comment on their ability to handle complex issues because I haven’t had one yet but they’re who I’ll be calling for any plumbing related queries.

Wow! The reviews weren’t wrong! We were having an issue with a toilet in our new home and chose Reasonable Plumbing after reading the glowing reviews. They answered immediately when I called and arranged to come by the next day. Solomon called to let us know he was on his way and even waited a few minutes for us to get home. He was friendly and professional. He checked everything out and when it turned out to be a tripped breaker (we felt stupid) he wouldn’t even charge us! We will definitely be using Reasonable Plumbing in the future as well as referring our friends and family. Great business!

I contacted several companies to repair a broken tub valve. The other companies either never showed up or eventually came out but were perplexed on how to fix it. Not Floyd & the Reasonable Plumbers! Floyd agreed, my issue with the valve was a unique break. However, he assured me that he could fix it- and he certainly did! Not only was Floyd on time, professional, relatable, friendly and efficient...but he kept it real with me about the cost. Reasonable plumbers didn't nickel & dime me for service fees or waste my time. Most importantly, these professionals were affordable & experienced! They responded to every text and phone call. Pinnoc and Floyd were fantastic! Talk about amazing people, that’s them! It’s hard to find a company that will treat you well and take the time to listen to your concerns. I called Reasonable Plumbing when we tried to repair a tub faucet ourselves & the old pipe ended up breaking off at the wall. They were VERY responsive and ended up coming out to look at it the very same day. Floyd was the plumber they sent. He was professional and friendly and he figured out what needed to be done and wrote up an estimate. Since my other bathroom had a very small leak, I had him look at that as well & agreed to have him fix both bathrooms. They got me scheduled for 2 days later. Floyd called before he came to let me know he could be a few minutes late due to traffic (He wasn't- he was RIGHT on time) Again, he was professional and friendly & he fixed both faucets, installed an access panel so future fixes will be easier and cleaned up all of his mess. I'd give them an A for responsiveness, professionalism & attitude. I'd give them a B for price, but I think thats probably true of almost all plumbers and I'm sure they are still a LOT less than most. Would definitely use again.

I recommend Solomon from Reasonable Plumbing. He was professional and very polite. He arrived on time and answered all our questions. He worked with us based on our needs for a kitchen upgrade project that required him to come out multiple times based on the other contractor installation timeline. He was flexible to help us out even on a Saturday.

I live in a CP Morgan sub-division where the plumping was done with cheap materials which make it difficult to repair. They got everything taken care of despite the challenges faced.

I highly recommend them. Both the plumber, Floyd, as well as the owner, Solomon. Both excellent professionals who will do everything necessary to get it right.

They replaced all of my under-sink shut off valves, the main shut off valve for my house, and dealt with a toilet issue. They are coming back to install sinks after I get a new countertop and vanity top.

I'm also now considering having them do a laundry tub install and gas lines for a stove since my experience with them is so positive.

My waters softener had a leak on the One of the reducer transition fittings. Solomon had me down for a free estimate, but he was easily able to repair the leak by loosening and reconnecting the fitting to the Softening unit. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said no charge since it was an easy repair that only took a few minutes. I chose Reasonable Plumbing because of other good reviews and I’m glad I did. Communication was very good as well using text messages back and forth as well as letting me know he was leaving his current location and on his way to my house. If my softener piping leaks again, I will definitely have Reasonable Plumbing make the repair.

The service provided by Reasonable Plumbing was exceptional. We requested to have 1/4 turn valve replacements in our kitchen and laundry room. Our call was immediately taken and an appointment was made for the estimate. We were accommodated with a service appointment that preceded our appliance delivery, but on the day of, we learned the valves we requested were unexpectedly on back order. Solomon went out of his way with both time and effort to ensure the valves requested were the ones received. He and his team's professionalism is equally matched with personability. Normally, I only leave reviews when I'm bashing a company for being terrible, but Solomon and his team at Reasonable Plumbing are so flat-out fantastic I had to say something publicly. There was NEVER a long time spent waiting for a response. No hiccups in communication. The workmanship was fantastic. The price was great. And the cherry on top was Solomon reaching out to make sure everything was to our mutual client's liking (I'm the realtor selling the house). I don't get that level of professionalism from just about anyone in any field related to homes, home repairs, etc. From one business owner to another, Solomon, you're doing things the right way. Solomon arrived to repair a drain, gas line, replace a toilet, which was more complicated than expected due to age and size of room and install a enclosed porch gas fireplace. His price was very reasonable, didn’t charge for a bit of additional time above and beyond his “and he had to come back to make a planned fix the following day, Which he did not charge for. He was clean, polite, extremely Covid friendly and safe and I would highly highly recommend him and his work. Solomon and Reasonable Plumbing get an “A”. My plumbing problem was a main shut off valve that was leaking from the stem. Solomon came out the day I called, diagnosed the problem and replaced the valve same day. My technician ( plumber )…. Wish I could remember his name, but was my biggest reason for writing this review.
We were totally missed diagnosed about what problem was.( and was quoted over double what Reasonable charged ) Our tech proceeded to repair the issue only to find that Peterman’s was totally wrong
He then proceeded to try other options ( with me in the room so I could see what he was doing.

Solomon was quick to respond and quick to schedule. When he got here the job was bigger than anticipated, which can definitely happen with plumbing. But he was apologetic for things that weren't even in his control! Job ended up goingbehind the walls and creating a mess in my husband's theater room. Not only did he clean up meticulously when he left, but he his called in a friend in construction to help repair the wall at his own expense. THAT is customer service. He genuinely cares about his customers and isn't in to make a buck or do more work than what is absolutely needed. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this company. Plumbers can be notoriously shady, and often cost you an arm and a leg. Reasonable Plumbing is neither of these things. There aren't enough stars or pluses to follow the A++.

Had an occasion to request a visit from Reasonable Plumbing to give me an estimate on a drain leak under my house. Solomon arrived promptly on time though he had to drive an hour to get here. I knew up front there would be a fee for the estimate. After crawling under my house and evaluating the situation he determined that he could not do the work until some other remedial work was done first. He then crawled back under the house and took video of the problem and sent it to me. When I asked about his fee he refused to take anything though I tried to get him to. He said he hadn’t been able to improve my situation so he wouldn’t take any money. My impression is that Solomon is a man of high integrity and someone who can be trusted to tell you the truth about your situation!

We just moved into our new home about two months ago. I noticed a leak in my basement bathroom. I proceeded to investigate but then realized I should call a plumber. I looked for a plumber in my are and came across Reasonable plumbing. Solomon came out to do a diagnostic. Turns out it's a disaster...Solomon worked with me till I could give him more access to the problem area (it was in the wall). Solomon came back out and replaced the part that was agreed upon. I had Solomon come out to do a gas line for my grill as well as run one up to the oven and he was great! Money isn't everything when considering a home improvement job (and he was literally 50% of the competing quote), but his knowledge and awareness that his reputation is on the line he put forth 100%. I threw curveballs at him and he handled them fluidly. All in all, the jobs turned out great, i'm gassed up, and am trying to get him more jobs around the house/neighborhood.
