Seth was prompt, professional, and patiently answered every question I had. He was sent to address a small leak in the basement that was occurring when I ran my dishwasher and walked me through every step of the process. I was very happy with his work!

Nathan did a fantastic job! He was professional and respectful of our home. We had a pipe break under the slab in our bathroom which required quite a bit of work. He never complained and even cleaned up after himself the best he could. I would definitely recommend Pristine Plumbing if you are ever in need.

Dan was awesome! He arrived when he said he was. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing issues I was having. He had everything taken care of the same day including having all the parts he needed delivered. Side note I think my basement is cleaner now than when he started. I am glad I chose Benjamin franklin and they sent Dan to my house.

Weilhammer Plumbing gave me great advice and asks questions to determine issue over phone. They installed a water heater for me for a great price a few months back. We are selling out house and they came out and fixed a few minor house inspections issues in a timely manner. I will call on them again for future service!!

Overpriced

Kris Wiening Roto-Rooter Tech did a great job. Kris is experienced and very good at solving pumping problems. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone experiencing pumping issues.

Bob is the most disrespectful business person I've dealt with in my 15 years living in Indianapolis. I called to inquire about him servicing a plumbing issue. He rudely responded, no, before I could finish my sentence. Very, very unprofessional.

Don't go to a restaurant in your company vehicle, receive good service, but don't rip. Try McDonald's next time!

Our water heater decided to go while I was out of town. The Steg Team was there the next day with a good solution for our home. We also had a pipe leak in our ceiling which they repaired while they were there. The were pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend Steg Plumbing!

I had been having drain problems with water backing up in my basement and had not had success with getting it resolved. I had purchased coverage on the sewer system and that company sent Gordon Plumbing today (Rudy, plumber extraordinaire :). He worked nearly all day to diagnose the problem and solve it, with many issues such as do exist in an old house. He even cleaned up afterward and took time to explain everything he did.
