I had the opportunity to have JP O Grady and Ryan McCormack assist me with my plumbing issues and i must say they both were outstanding with the service level i was provided. Not only were they both patient and understanding they but provided me with extra insight on things i can do to maintain in the future. Ryan really went all out when noticing i had another issue and sprung into action leaving me feeling hopeful. I honestly will never recommend another plumbing service but Hope plumbing. thanks guys

They have very reasonable pricing, are super friendly, and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way.

Although I do appreciate the timeliness of their person coming out, I feel like the person was more of a salesman than an actual technician. He talked so fast, I barely understood what he was saying. He came in, looked at my water heater, clicked a button and then tried to tell me what needed to be done. I just felt rushed into the decision. I am getting a second opinion.

Elijah Wiggins gave me excellent service. He was very professional giving me a courtesy call before arriving.He pulled his shoe covers on and off as needed treating my home like it was his own.I really appreciated his honesty and the way he analyzed my issues and explained everything he was doing and why!❤ I am so happy and blessed to have Carter's as my plumber !!!!

Had a clogged pipe during our home inspection and they resolved the problem for a fair price. Had an issue with part of our bill that they also resolved. Great customer service and would recommend to all in need of drain repair.

My water heater broke last night. Water flooded everywhere. I called Bob around 9pm. I texted him photos and he walked me through shutting everything off so it would be safe for the night. He arrived on time this morning and installed a new water heater. In the process, he reminded me that I needed more water softener salt. I ordered 7 bags online which arrived while he was still here. As he was leaving, he saw the bags and offered to carry them all downstairs for me. He also noticed my broken foot and brought my recycling bin up the driveway for me. Bob went above and beyond- I’m very appreciative!

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. I use him on 3 of my personal properties and refuse to use anyone else. Working with Steg for your plumbing needs is the best decision you can make. We needed a new water heater, Service Plus was very easy to contact, responsive, very professional and very friendly. Their service was great. We were comparing prices and ended up choosing anther company, but the choice had nothing to do with the quality and level of service we received from Service Plus.

We had a backup in our basement bathroom with a hunch that the wye was installed going the wrong direction before we purchased the house. Corey came out and found the problem with his camera within a few minutes. And as suspected the wye was going the wrong direction.
