Have a 1930’s era toilet that was had a leaking seal in the tank. Hope came out within 24 hours and provided options for repair or replacement of the toilet. Decided that replacement was the best option. Richard completed the job very quickly as he estimated and I was impressed with the quality of the job and nice clean up.

I had a leaking water heater and the repair ended up being bigger than expected, they walked me through the entire repair and I was impressed with their speed and professionalism. Paid for a drain snake and they didn’t unclog the line. Not a big deal, but they said I still owe despite them not being able to do anything. Recommend looking somewhere else!

Super Predatory. We just bought a new house. My wife was home alone with a running toilet, and another simply clogged. The roto-rooter guy quoted her over $1000. Unbelievable. The parts needed to fix the running toilet cost $20 at home depot vs the $600 he wanted to replace the entire thing. She let him unclog the other toilet just to be nice. He snaked it out in two minutes and charged her $225 to do it. Lesson learned, never calling them again.UPDATE: Toilet unclogged for 225 was clogged again yesterday (3 days). Manager called me, was very rude and refused to refund more than 40 dollars. Don't call these people. Particularly if you are a woman who doesn't appear knowledgeable about plumbing. You will go in for an oil change, and be told you need a new engine.

We chose Steg plumbing since other contractors in our area refused to install items we had already purchased. It appeared as if the other contractors needed to get their markup on products they supplied as well as the labor necessary to install these items. With the purchase of our appliance at a national big box store and the quote from Steg plumbing the job would cost us just under $900. Comparing this to a quote from a well-known, heavily advertised local plumber we were saving $1400 on our job. We went into this with a little anxiety hearing horror stories about you never select the lowest bid but that is far from what we experienced. The same person that came out to bid the job was the same person who came to install our job and that is a huge plus. Not only are you relieved of the need to explain everything again you are also assured that what was quoted is what is being done. They arrived within minutes of their scheduled time, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up not only after themselves but also after me when I had setup my hose to drain the lines before they arrived. I would recommend Steg plumbing and also plan to use them in the near future when I finish my basement.

Kenny, due to time constraint on my part, rearranged his schedule to accommodate me. He was very diligent in his effort to determine why the furnace was running hot. He was able to resolve the issue. If not caught, there would have been damage that would have been expensive to fix. He did an awesome job!!

The man who came and did our review was extremely polite and well educated in his craft! Would 100% Recommend this gentleman gets a raise. He wasn't Pushy like other people are when it comes to recommending upgrades or repair suggestions. He suggested and offered financing and everything. Hands down best plumbing company/hvac in town!

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

They were very professional and knowledgeable and very helpful especially when we figured out the problem was my fault ??‍♀️ ? I signed up for their maintenance plan and will be giving their name out to all my friends. Thank you so much!!!!

Very disappointed with Nick and the office staff. He showed up on Friday to the apartment complex to check on a gas leak. I called their office and spoke to Amanda who said Nick was getting a quote together and I would have it right away. Nick also told this to my leasing agent in our office. Did not hear back from them or receive the quote all weekend and I have a resident with no gas. So I called yesterday to talk with Nick and see when the apartment can be repaired. Doh! They suddenly don't have any record of being at my property and are confused by me calling. Then a real rude woman gets on the phone and says we have no appointments til Friday. Sounds pretty fishy to me. You were in my office on Friday- come see yourself on camera! Very unprofessional!!! I would call Mcneely instead of Gordon's, they are rude and will lie! Mcneelys fixed the leak the same day I called them. So if you want to get the run around call Gordon's! Good luck!

The plumper was prompt and friendly. My water heater needs a new part, but since the brand is no longer made he said he did not have parts. Due to my water heater being over 8 years old, I was quoted $2,308 for a new unit installed or $1,200 for them to install one I bought. Paid $98 for visit.Called Whirlpool they referred me to a parts company and quoted $75.00 for part before shipping.Ended up overnighting a $32.00 part off Amazon, which my family member is installing for free.There are many “universal” parts that were not given as options. The only option was a new unit and them bringing the area up to code. One code was for a drip pan under the unit and my utility closet had a built in drain in the floor, right in front of the unit.
