Service was exceptional. The first contact occurred within an hour of my call. Extra parts were needed and the installation was done early the next day. Ricky Crawley was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He cleaned up completely and checked for leaks. This and previous encounters with Hope Plumbing have been quite satisfying.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was an excellent choice to make. They were quick to get out to my house to give a free estimate and even got the work completed the same day. Their price was reasonable and both men who came to my house (one to give the quote and one to do the work) were both very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend using their services and will call them with any other plumbing needs I may have.

I contacted them and they were able to come out next day for an estimate. Kyle, the tech that came out, was very polite and knowledgeable. I got my estimate for gas line valves and he was able to complete the job same day. Very satisfied with this company. 10/10 would recommend.

Drained and cleaned hot water heater

I called in a panic in the mid-late afternoon, the admin who answered the phone was professional and efficient. Bill came an hour or two later and fixed the problems as well as was friendly and patient with the dogs! Highly recommend, easy and exceeded expectations overall.

Alijah showed up exactly on time, listened to my concerns, and took the time to explain (twice!) his assessment of the issue AND a larger issue that will need to be addressed eventually to avoid bigger problems. (I cannot overstate how helpful this is & how grateful I am to be able to plan ahead.) He answered all my questions, resolved the most pressing issue immediately, and even gave me a few pointers on things to consider down the road. I was an anxious mess, and Alijah was the epitome of patience and professionalism. Customer for life, here. Thank you so much, Alijah!

Came out same day to replace a water heater. Very professional. Clean, careful, accurate work.

There may be some misunderstanding. I was a bit over reacted.
now I change my rate to be neutral.
I fixed the faucet tissue with a new aerator bought from Amazon.

My bathtub faucet will let water out after it is turned off, steg says it is the design of this product.
1.what company will design this kind of faucet?
2. steg, you are not the designer/manufacturer of the faucet, how you can say that issue is the design of the product.
I would say it is a defective product or your poor installation.

Floyd Crenshaw was our tech. He was professional, explained in detail what the problem was and fixed it quickly,we bought a service contract as he also showed us how to save on future purchases. We are very satisfied with. His promptness and fresh friendly service. When we upgrade further in the near future we would like him as our tech. He was excellent.

Godby has Lexi she is a professional in customer relations & Tyree knows HVAC units. Both were invaluable to me when I was told by another company I dealt with for 8 years along with rest of my family my unit needs a new heat exchanger - my unit is only 8 yrs old they did the install. Needless to say I will no longer be using them. Godby is my new maintenance HVAC company. I am very pleased.

I called this business because my family enjoys their daily sign message (and their toilet tree) on I-69. They were out the same day and had my repairs done the next day! I appreciate that they don't sub-contract out their work and the installers were Service Plus employees. They have good warranties and are very professional. Everyone that I encountered with Service Plus was kind and made the process of spending a lot more money than anticipated a bit easier. I would highly recommend them! I also appreciate that they are a family business and seem to all be hard workers. My whole heating and cooling system was replaced less than 24 hours after my initial call to them.If you need work done, give this place a shot!

Juan and Kenny made quick work of our faucet repair issue. Replaced the plumbing in the wall very quickly, cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again.

-------changing from one star to 3, the ONLY reason is due to how great the techs where at their jobs. if it was only based on the service this would be a 5 with no complaints. the absence of two stars is purely due to the bs i dealt with on the phone. -------getting the run around for the past two days, evrytime we talk to them it feels like they are just a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off running around. maybe its not the person on the phones fault but they should be the ones that know the info and stay in tough with the tech. instead it seems everyone there hates eachother, says it other one was feeding the lies , then get the same bs from someone else, comunication is so key and yet they have let it just slide by like it doesnt make a difference. seems to be the same lady thats been mentioned on here several times that has a problem talking to customers, maybe not the best person for that spot? find something for her to do that doesnt loose you biz? seems a bit counter productive. look ive worked construction, ive worked in high stress high risk lines of work and kept it together with not haveing to resort to lieing to customers or other employees, yeah it takes more guts to tell them the truth but thats also what gets the job done and keeps customers happy in the long run. at this point we have had water riseing and sinking leaveing behind solid matter that i would like to clean once, not every other hour sense nbothiong has been done to fix this , we have animals that even if kept away from the area are now being exsposed to airborn pathogens for far to long. if the company was to busy they should have stated that from the start and not trailed us along for the chance of money.

We have never had to wait more than a day or two for any plumbing call – and less time as reasonable in an emergency. The rates are always extremely reasonable and their service men are personable and so knowledgeable. We referred them to friends on many occasions over the years – with all good reports back to us.
