Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

The owner of this company is extremely professional, on-time, strong moral values, dedicated and devoted to his craft, and very knowledgeable! He has high character and does not try to up cost, but rather assist people in saving money in the midst of what is often emergency situations. Highly recommend this company!

Tom H. worked very diligently to clean and service my furnace. There was one problem that he was having trouble solving but he knew who to call in to help. He felt like he knew the problem. He along with the help from his company was able to solve and fix the problem. I am very satisfied.

Spoke with Susie to have a pit pumped and cleaned. She was very rude and insulting when I didn't know the proper plumbing terminology. Just based on the lack of customer service and common courtesy, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.
