Just had a service call from Weilhammer Plumbing. These gentlemen are the real deal! They came out and fixed, for free, a piece of water-heater work that was (mis)handled by a different plumbing company. They also provided some very helpful advice about some other minor issues around the house and were extremely pleasant and down-to-earth folks to speak with. They saved me a ton of worry because they revealed an untruthful statement about my water pressure that was made by a competitor, to be false. They were too much gentlemen to say the competitor was untruthful, but it was quite obvious that it was the case. Instead of the high-cost, high-pressure tactics I got from from their competitor, Weilhammer gave me a very reasonable estimate of work that needed to be done, but did not try to convince me that the world would end if I didn't sign up to have it done today.

If they chose to, they probably could have easily taken advantage of me -- I am not wise in the ways of plumbing and was pretty upset about what I was (falsely) told about my water pressure from the other company. But instead they were honest with me and helped, for free, to undo someone else's mistake! Their estimate was very reasonable, and overall I could not be more impressed, and I will be looking to them for all my future plumbing needs. I would encourage anyone and everyone to do the same.

Edit: I just called Weilhammer again today for an in-wall leak -- it was a nasty one but they jumped right in, on a weekend, and got it fixed! They gave lots of good advice about how to deal with the drywall, avoid mold, etc. The cost was very reasonable, especially for coming out on a Sunday with the Colts about to play! :) Bottom line, everything I said above still stands -- they are awesome and they'll treat you right.

Kima was my technician, and he was fantastic! I had a small sewage back-up in the basement and he walked me through how he diagnosed the source of the problem and explained how he'd fix it. He was also super patient in dealing with my home warranty company who had to approve the work before he started the repair (to ensure I'd get reimbursed). He was kind, courteous, and professional. Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

Casey responded immediately to my request about a slow leak and was able to schedule me in quickly. He provided proper PPE for the job (face mask and shoe covers) which is a huge plus during the coronavirus pandemic. He explained what was wrong and provided an estimated price, with potential changes depending upon what he found as he began the repair. Very competitive pricing and the job was done within an hour. Cleaned up nicely and everything seems to be working so far. If not, he also offers a one year warranty, so feel safe in using Moon Family Plumbing!

Very efficient. Very informative. Great transparency. Able to resolve clogged sink, and slow shower drain in no time. Also unseated toilet and gave clear and concise explanation of problem, repair quote, and scheduling of repair in just a few days. Brennan and his partner were both just awesome!!!
