I’ve used Hope multiple times and am always overly satisfied. You’ll hear people say that they’re expensive and I have to disagree. As a tradesman (electrician) myself, they’re worth every penny. They’re quick to respond, professional, do quality work, and warranty their work. You’ll be hard pressed to find another company in the trades that operates this well. Also, the employees love working for the owners because they’re paid and treated great. I would still be working in my trade if I could find a company that operated like this.

Mark was informative, knowledgeable, professional and respectfully friendly. No pressure but the information he shared brought us to choosing Ben Franklin, though a little more expensive. Then Gus did the installation. He did an efficient, excellent job. He was friendly and asked how I was and about holiday plans...personable in a very nice way. I was working my phone job in the basement and he was respectful with the noise level. Very happy with Ben Franklin’s professionalism across the board and their excellent customer service. If the follow up is a great, you are in good hands with BF!!

Extremely prompt, honest, very much know what they are supposed to do & do it in a very timely manner. Competitive to discounted pricing. We had 2 shower issues [drain & water source]; 1 sink issue [laundry room]; an outside of house issue & misc related issues. We were referred to them by our insurance company. Response time was next day but we delayed a day for our scheduling. Aaron was more than super. Randy was Aaron's assistant. NO problem w highly recommending them. Note: we paid them directly via CC & their charges were under the insurance deductible

My fiancé and I came home after a relaxing Fourth of July weekend to a busted pipe underneath our home. Roto-rooter came out within the hour we called for service. They immediately found the issue, obtained the parts, and fixed the leak/broken pipe. We were very grateful for their understanding, transparency, and thoroughness. Due to the excessive water leak it saturated our floor joists and require additional work to have it dried out properly. Roto-rooter worked to get people out here quickly and even provided a complimentary bacteria screening out of good faith and our health. Highly recommend.

The plumber (Chris Smith) diagnosed and resolved the issue in about 5 minutes. He did a very good job!

Alan was thorough and professional in his approach to troubleshoot a problem I had with the thermostat not communicating with the furnace. Just outstanding work! He also noticed that the humidifier needed a new water collection pad and, even though that wasn’t why he was called this morning, he took the time to help me know what item I needed to order and how to replace it.
