I called them due my faucet breaking, and was able to schedule a appointment for the next day. The person they sent was polite, professional, and answered any questions I had. They were able to diagnose the problem and install a new faucet quickly and efficiently.

Toby did a great job. He was very efficient and installed the faucet. He was very courteous and didn’t leave a mess after the faucet removal and then installation of the new one. I’ll use this company again.

Adam was prompt, courteous, and did exactly what we needed. Scheduling was easy and I appreciated the text confirmation and reminders.

Second time using LD Smith for issues. Kevin was great! Arrived on time showed him my problem pipe. My house is older and whomever has done the plumbing since it was built have had very questionable plumbing knowledge. Kevin was able to figure out how to replace the old rotting pipe without ripping pretty much all the other pipe in the area out too. Since that is where the well pump, water softener and pipe that goes outside for the hose is, that's a lot of pipe!

We had a plumber from Roto-Rooter come to our house because we were having issues with the garbage disposal. When he first came in he was spending a lot of time on one side of our sink before I had to point out that our disposal was on the complete opposite side of the sink. Once he found the disposal and started working he told us the whole disposal needed to be replaced and that it would cost $700+ for him to replace it that day. We decided we wanted to get a second opinion and thank god we did. A plumber from another company came out a few days later and fixed the disposal literally within 15 minutes. Would not recommend this company.

Very unprofessional and over priced.The company hired me in as an “apprentice”. I was eager to get started and learn the trade. Instead, I was lied to and thrown in the warehouse as a helper. It only took me a couple months to figure out the inconsistencies of the company. The other “apprentice” was hired to do hvac as well. However, they just strictly use him to drive one of their master plumbers around because he can’t stay awake at the wheel and is too much of a liability. They have a couple plumbers who are NOT fully licensed yet either, but have them out anyways individually working on jobs in your home! They’re not even qualified! The owner of the company is Beth, she is an extremely hateful and a rude person. I was also informed that her son who used to work for them at the time went to prison and once he gets out will look to carry out his legacy at B&W. BEWARE!!!

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Called number, it rang than just went blank and no one answered for 5 minutes.

Mr Plumber responded quickly to our emergency call. The technician called to introduce himself and to let us know he was on his way. Seth did an amazing job. He was thorough and above all professional. He cleared to drain quickly and made sure it was indeed cleared after 20 minutes. Will call Mr Plumber again without question. Thank you Seth!

I had a great experience with the guys that came out and did my service had the problem fixed before 11 am did a good job and made sure to clean up after themselves

Larry came out today to service my AC. Such a nice guy and very professional. I buy the off season package every year which includes emergency service. Howalds has kept my older equipment running year after year. Every tech that has been here has done a great job. Thank you for being such a great company!

I have had nothing but great service from Roby's at VERY reasonable prices. It goes all the way to the 1980s. Back then we had a busted water pipe and the guy went into my attic and used a ladder to get down behind the wall and the fireplace and he fixed it. The easy way for him would have been to tear up the wall, but he didn't want me to have to pay to have the wall repaired. Recently, I had Roby's come out and install a roman tub faucet and a shower faucet. I believe the plumber's name was Rick and he was very efficient and everything works great. I would not hesitate to call Roby's again.
