We received a confirmation on who the assigned tech was and a photo also! Tyler was prompt, polite and efficient! Communicated the problem and fixed it quickly…even answered other questions we had. Mr. Sparky was the only company who answered our call right away and was able to respond within a reasonable timeframe, especially given current standards. Would use them again.

Duane is awesome! Explained what was going on with our electrical panel, came in the next morning to install the new one (our preference, he offered to do it that night!) and was quick and efficient.

Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.

I hired an Indianapolis electrician to install a couple ceiling fans. They were amazing.

I had an issue with my house and the company never got back to me. They also did the electrical for my new construction. Our inspectors told us the electrical work was questionable to wrong and was the only concern they had. They also left forgot outlets that were on the design document which our builder had them correct. I would not recommend not use.

They quoted me $975 to install 2 fans that needed wiring installed, change on fan and make the switch just run the light. I provided all fans. Also quoted to fix a light that was buzzing on the outside of the house. They came to install today. 15 days later and started telling me of things not included in the first quote. New price came to $1400. I sent them on their way. Then the office called and tried to tell me the price was fair and I should still do business with them.

I first met Noah a couple years ago when we had our kitchen remodeled and was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and skill. Since that time,
1. He has given me advice on a couple of other issues; rather than come out, repair the problem and charge me a service fee to take something simple, he told me what I needed to do.
2. When I needed information regarding current electrical code as it applies to docks and the lake, he researched the issue and supplied me with a summary.
3. Today, he went above and beyond!!! I needed to have the electric meter (not just the box) refastened to the outside of the house because the guys that did the siding work failed to do so. I called him yesterday and since I wasn't comfortable working around those big wires, he volunteered to come today between his regularly scheduled jobs and there would be no charge since it was a simple fix. However, it turned out not to be an easy project and it took much more time than he initially thought, plus it was really cold and windy! The work was completed, all is good and, although I wanted to pay him, he still didn't charge me. This speaks highly of the man and I very grateful for his help.

Called AGS Electric today and was very happy with the work and price! I previously had two other companies out and their quotes were astronomical. My father in law had suggested what the likely problem was but the other companies showed up prepared to rewire my whole house. And quoted me as such! As a woman I should not feel obligated to have a man in tow every time I need a car repair or a leaky faucet tightened. AGS was very honest and fair. I would definitely recommend them for whatever your electrical needs are. Oh, they also do a number of other home repairs including remodels. I would definitely feel comfortable calling them again! I would 100% recommend for your residential electric needs. Recently, I used them for the second time (at different residences) and they came out the same day to provide an estimate and finished the work the next day. Not only was I appreciative of their punctuality, they were very honest and have competitive pricing. They did not try to sell me on other items I needed to get my house back up and running and simply solved all my needs. I found them very helpful when informing me of the situation regarding my breakers with what the problem was and how it needed to be solved. I will definitely reach out to them in the future for all my electric needs.

Farrar has integrity in their work.
I hired a contractor to do a kitchen remodel who subcontracted the electrical to Farrar but never paid them.
Even though they didn't get paid for the job, they still stand behind their work and provide a warranty. They came back and corrected an issue at no charge to me. The employees who came to my house were professional and clean.
