Since 2016, we've used Hope Plumbing for our 1940s-era bungalow in Broad Ripple. We really appreciate the extensive experience of Hope Plumbing's technicians and the superb quality of their work. In particular, Richard V did a terrific job replumbing our entire house in Jan 2022. We knew we needed to remove the original, corroded galvanized pipe as part of our renovation. Richard walked us through our options, and we decided on Uponor PEX type A (expansion fittings). Now in Sep 2022, everything continues to work beautifully. Thank you so much! We'll be sure to call Hope Plumbing for our bathroom addition.

Dan was awesome! He arrived when he said he was. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing issues I was having. He had everything taken care of the same day including having all the parts he needed delivered. Side note I think my basement is cleaner now than when he started. I am glad I chose Benjamin franklin and they sent Dan to my house.

The gentlemen were kind, courteous and prompt. I called Friday afternoon, and they came out the same day to look at the water heater. They came the day I asked and were there at exactly the time they said. Did a great job! Highly recommend.

Kima, my service specialist did a great job at keeping the area clean while working on my two drains and was able to show me what was causing the problems.
