Excellent experience with Hope plumbing— have used them to install a new front-yard mainline cleanout (where Hope offered by far the most cost-effective option), as well as water heater and valve replacement. Pricing is fair, staff is incredibly professional, overall a well-run operation. Work was completed in older homes (70 yo+), and felt like staff was knowledgeable and consultative about options and potential challenges.

Technician was not sure if he will be able to open slow drain or not. He still wanted the whole price to be paid whether he will be able to open this simple drain or not. Later on I used some chemical mixture. I will never hire this service again.

Robert did a fantastic job today. He fixed the leak and didn't charge an arm and a leg for it. I will definetly be recommending this place to other.

The technician was polite and professional. However, he was a bit late. He was there for an hour and a half and installed a new garbage disposal and the company charged me $727, which I thought was high. However, I was contacted by the owner who was very helpful and explained the pricing and gave me 20% off the total price. He was very understanding and compassionate. I would recommend them and I will probably use them in the future.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

The technicians that came to my home we're great.... They came out saw the problem gave me 3 options and handled the issue... I am extremely happy with the work and communication of the technicians... Very efficient

It's been a while since I've used Gordon Plumbing, but they have always done a great job with plumbing and remodeling repairs in the past. I use to work at an office near Warren Park and they were our go to company if we had any sort of plumbing trouble. I would have no issues recommending them to family/friends today.
