Just had a great experience with Hope Plumbing yesterday! I had them install a new garbage disposal for me. I left a message over the weekend. First thing on Monday, I received a call to schedule the install. The guys came and were quick, efficient and friendly! And they were right on time. Could not have asked for a better experience!

I called Home Advisor at 9am. They were here and had my drain fixed same morning. They were done by 10am and it was affordable. The gentleman was professional and courteous.

They came, did the job, were very courteous, and I would call them again.

Chris did a great job identifying the problem, explaining what happened and the best way to fix it. He was professional, did a high quality job and was in and out very quickly! I would recommend Chris and BF to others needing plumbing assistance!

Few hiccups with timing and scheduling but if you’re the type of person to complain about this you don’t know how field work goes. All that matters is they called to let me know things went south and resolved it to my satisfaction.

The plumbers that performed the service were professional, courteous, and hard working. In eight hours they ran new lines and drain for a washer and repiped two baths, kitchen, three spigots, and the water heater. It’s an older home with a lot of “rigging,” they fought each obstacle and won, no cut corners or sorry aboutcha’s.

Greenwood owned and operated, the owner stopped in on his way home to see how it was going, had stories of doing work for my grandfather.

Can’t comment on the price because I’m unfamiliar but seemed reasonable for the work performed at $3600.

Recommended for anyone in the area.

I received a call back to schedule the work in a very timely manner after submitting the online appointment request. On the morning of the service appointment I received a text message with the headshot, name and contact information of the plumber servicing my account. Kevin H. was on time, polite and professional. Once he diagnosed the issue he provided me with my options and quotes, then got to work. After completion of the work, Kevin thoroughly explained the equipment warranty and provided me with all the necessary details to register it with the manufacturer. Our outdoor spigot had a leak between the siding and the foundation that ended up spraying water into our basement. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave an estimate. I showed the video of the issue from the outside since it was pouring rain and he was even more confident in the issue. He fixed the issue really quickly and was on his way. The fix ended up being under the original cost as well and he fixed it in a way that will hopefully avoid us having the same issue in the future. Well done!

07/28/2021 - Another superior customer experience with Weilhammer Plumbing. Mark installed a battery back-up system for sump pump, the level of quality and professionalism is unmatched in my opinion.

Superior service! I called Weilhammer Plumbing during a sump pump crisis on 01/10/20. Mark arrived within 45 mins of my call. He assessed the conditions and immediately I was at ease. He could sense I was distressed and worked quickly to remove risk of water damage and then performed extensive investigation to the root cause of problem. I accidentally dropped an earring down my bathroom sink. Gage came to my rescue and was able to retrieve it, unscathed.
He alerted me that the pipe drain had gunk & hair that was causing the same pipe to empty slowly. He offered to clean the gunk out and I accepted.
Now my sink drains quickly!

Responded within an hour on a Saturday (on a non-emergency issue). Very knowledgeable and informative. Came on Tuesday for the install, and wrapped up (installing a tankless water heater) in a few hours.

When our garbage disposal developed a crack in the bottom and needed replaced before Thanksgiving. it was very easy to schedule the appointment, they were here when they said they would be, put on shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards.
