They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable in repairing our outdoor sillcock that wouldn't shut all the way off. Freddy and his apprentice did a fine job. They gave me several options which I appreciate.

Nathan did a fantastic job! He was professional and respectful of our home. We had a pipe break under the slab in our bathroom which required quite a bit of work. He never complained and even cleaned up after himself the best he could. I would definitely recommend Pristine Plumbing if you are ever in need.

Thomas was very personable during our estimate appointment. I thought he was thorough and we received a very reasonable estimate comparably to the other companies we received quotes from. We were able to have our new AC and Furnace installed today! Essie, Jamie, and one other install tech, (sorry…forgot his name) did a fantastic job installing our system. We were very happy from start to finish. The guys that did the install were very professional and did a great job communicating how things were going throughout the day. Essie was thorough and knowledgeable in walking us through each part of our new system. Very happy we went with Service Plus.

I had a damaged refrigerant line. 24-7 employee Wes was prompt and discussed the issues and then the possible solutions with me. He discussed what the repair would entail and then visually identified several things with the system for me to consider. My system was 10 years old and after weighing the options presented, I decided to get a new system. 24-7 was able to work me into their schedule and Wes and CJ arrived the next day for the install. The install was completed that day. I received top quality work from two professional employees and am very happy with the completed installation!

This Service is awful. The first time they came out to the house it was great, they were on time, they made a call before they came, service went wonderfully. two weeks later our water started to back up again, so we called them. Gave them a time crunch because we both had to work, had one phone call saying he was on a job but then would call before he came to the house. No call, no service before we had to work, no message saying they had been to the house while we were gone. Called to schedule another appointment, was argued with that we did not anwser the door. Third appointment, again no call, no service. Called again to find out what is going on to schedule a last appointment before going somewhere else. And I was told that they refuse to uphold their warranty, and I was hung up on. If you call them you may expect rude behavior and unprofessional conduct.

When I booked the appointment they told me it would be $93 or free for the first 100 feet to open the sewer line. He gets there and determines it probably doesn’t need run but he can for an additional $325 plus a $97 trip charge. I asked him about the price advertised online he told me that was not correct. Them charged me $97 to show up and do nothing.
