These guys are the best in the city hands-down -you won’t find a better class of people or a better deal or better work from anybody else! Don’t waste any more time looking for a plumber just call Pristine!

Service was outstanding. He replaced a worn water line valve with a new one for installation of a whole house humidifier. He also noticed the water line coming into the house was leaking, so for a reasonable additional cost he added a shut-off valve in a different place so it will be easier to turn water off and on. And he waited around to make sure none of the new installations leaked. Thank you!

I had a leak in a hot water heater! Called Carter and they responded quickly and solved that problem and one that looked like it was getting ready to cause a lot of water damage to my home.

Had a clogged pipe during our home inspection and they resolved the problem for a fair price. Had an issue with part of our bill that they also resolved. Great customer service and would recommend to all in need of drain repair.

Pros: same day service on a weekend
Cons: $339 to unclog a toilet! Way overpriced, technician could barely speak English and could not explain what was wrong or what he needed to do to fix it

Great service! The office staff is very friendly and communication was very easy with them when setting up appointments. The plumbers were very helpful and cleared the clog quickly. Great company to use!

I called Bob. He came out to my home quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable about the problems I needed solved and how to make it happen. He is very personable and nice. 10/10 will call again for my plumbing needs.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service manager, Doug, is just about the rudest individual I have ever met. They did the plumbing on our 3 year old home when it was built, and we have had nothing but problems. Most recent, a broken water heater. My husband calls and tells the receptionist what's going. She said it should be covered under warranty. Doug gets to our home and says $250. I begin to ask questions and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. He immediately gets combative and defensive. It's no wonder our homebuilder broke ties with this company. They are unprofessional, rude, supply poor quality material and shoddy work. Steer clear of of this company.

I was not impressed with service and was late. Also over heard who I believe to be the owner say the n word multiple times when he thought I wasn't listening. Its just not the time and place for that kind of language especially considering the person is white. Would not recommend services again.
