Austin did an excellent job troubleshooting a damaged brass toilet flange on the upstairs bathroom in our 50 year old home. He arrived on time and was very professional and considerate. Fortunately, he was able to repair it as the replacement would have involved accessing the pipe from below and cutting into the ceiling on the lst story. He was thorough in describing the various options to fix it and he was subsequently pleased that the job didn't require the more extensive fix. He patiently answered my many questions about the job as well as educating me toward several other plumbing issues, without any sales pressure. The plumbers arrived within an hour of calling them which I was very grateful for since I had a leak that I didn't know where it was coming from and ruining my carpet etc. My husband and I had called two other plumbers before finding this company. One could not get here until August 4th and the other never returned my call. So I was very relieved that they could come right away. Both of the gentlemen were friendly and professional! They found the leak right away. They had it fixed and completed quickly. I'm glad we came across this company and would call them again if I had a problem.

Tech was great, got the job done. The office had our appt scheduled the wrong time, called at 8 a.m. to say they were on their way and our appt wasn't till 10 - 2. He got here after 2. But all's good with his service, friendly too.

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

Ask for Kyle! I have a root problem with old clay pipe that needs attention annually. I always ask for Kyle because he always takes his time to understand the problem even if we think the roots are in the same location as the last time. He’s willing to make an adjustment if we don’t fix it in the first try and doesn’t try to gouge me on price. Very fair, very professional.

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

I would say it is a defective product or your poor installation.

Our gas stove was leaking and it took a few calls to have someone come out to look at the line. They were able to come out same day I called and Mitchell was very detailed and careful in his investigation into the issue we were having.

They sent a superstar jetter/drain(Adam,Andrew? Sorry but I appreciate you) guy to my disabled mom’s house and the drain was kinda plugged but they efficiently and effectively got it open and didn’t even have to go inside.
