I will tell everybody that asks for a plumber to call Reasonable Plumbers, Solomon came out did the job quickly, professionally and thorough. When he left I felt like I won’t have a problem with this job. My water is hot, no leaks, really nice water heater and new hardware everYW here and they didn’t try to rip my pockets off my pants. Trust me check these guys out. I’m going to put in some before/after photos.

My bathtub faucet will let water out after it is turned off, steg says it is the design of this product.
1.what company will design this kind of faucet?
2. steg, you are not the designer/manufacturer of the faucet, how you can say that issue is the design of the product.

Summer's Heating/ Plumbing and Air replaced my entire HVAC, sum pump, installed 3-bathroom faucets, installed a Halo air purifier and repaired and then ultimately replaced our gas water heater with a tank-less one. It was built on site. This was done over a year and a half period. The water heater developed a leak. They were quick in coming out to assess it and then repair the necessary part. Andrew, the technician, was very professional and explained what was going on well. Andrew was timely and asked several times if there was anything else he could help me with. That, for my husband and me, makes great customer service!

Customer service reps are amazing ladies and got me scheduled very quickly for our regular maintenance. When our furnace completely stopped working had a rep out in just a few short hours. I had a good experience with Dave. He diagnosed the problem immediately. I asked lots of questions to help decide whether to repair or replace. He explained both options without trying to push me in either direction.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Floyd was punctual and very informative about our problems and possible options. He allowed us to ask questions until we understood the situation. He had enthusiasm and you could tell he enjoyed and took pride in his work. We will recommend him to others.

I have continued to use Mr. Quick for years. As part of their preventive maintenance plan they keep my older house working and have helped with several upgrades. Always great craftsmanship and professionalism each and everytime they come for a tune up or installation.
