Glad to have Hope plumbing take care of us during an unexpected issue. We had a gas leak on some dated and rusty pipes and they got everything updated and fixed up for us. The installer even came in on his day off to help get us up and running before we went out of town. They were clear and communicative about what needed done and were on time for the job. They installed a water softner at a decent price. Said they would have to move the water heater to fit it in, no big deal. Except there was water standing on the floor under the water heater an hour after they left. Guy came out next day to fix and still charged $150! stating corrosion at a connection was the cause. Seemed fine before they moved it. For the PRICE they charged up front, I guess I expected a better guarantee that my floor wouldn't be flooded when I woke up the next morning. Will use someone else next time.

If I could, I would give them a 10. John responded quickly to my call about water not draining and starting to back up. The crew that came was very polite, got to work quickly, diagnosed the problem, gave quote for the work. Price was very competitive. Unfortunately the problem required replacing old clay pipe blocked by tree roots. But Ricky came back with crew early the next morning, worked in the cold all day, keeping me updated on what was going on. He even stayed late to fix a malfunctioning shower fixture and snaked out the tub drain. No extra charge! Didn't leave until I was confident the work was done and done right. I will definitely call Plumb Doctor for any future problems.

Our experience with B&W and Plumber Dave was incredible! Plumber Dave is knowledgeable and explains things very well. His communication skills and ability to answer our questions was fantastic! He took the time to walk around the house (interior and exterior) to better understand how the plumbing worked and what pipes led to where. He even showed us a few things we were unaware of. We had our water heater replaced, sump pump replaced with a battery backup installed, and a water softener installed. Everything was done at a reasonable price too. I would highly recommend B&W and especially Plumber Dave!

A 10/10 experience from start to finish! We noticed a leak in one of our bathrooms around the toilet. I called Thursday afternoon and they sent a technician by 10:30 am the next day.Before the technician arrived I received a call with ETA and a text sharing a picture of the technician and a fun and friendly bio about him. It can be stressful to let a stranger into your home. The text was a small but personal touch that really eased my worries.When the technician arrived he wore shoe covers to prevent tracking in any dirt. The technician quickly assessed the issue in our bathroom and explained exactly what would be done and what costs would be involved. All fair prices. Not more than a half an hour later he finished replacing the wax ring for our toilet and cleaned the area thoroughly.As much as it stinks to have a leak, the process was as stress free as could be! My husband and I considered doing this work ourselves but the money spent on hiring a professional was well worth the time saved and piece of mind it was done right! Thank you!!

Our kitchen faucet was leaking and as a first time homeowner I wasn't sure what to do. I didn't want to touch anything so we figured we would call a professional. I was told there was a hole in my hose and would need a new sink along with a new garbage disposal. For an uglier faucet I was quoted $2500. For my faucet I was quoted $3700 (found it on amazon for $100). After he left my partner started playing around with it and tightened a screw. Our sink is working. I paid $89 for him to come out and quote me an outrageous amount and not even fix the problem. Will never be using their services again. Also they were supposed to be here between 8-10 and he arrived at 10:30.Adding a star because they called me to apologize and are refunding my money. Which feels like the right thing to do.
