Matt came in to evaluate my 10 year old plumbing and handled my issues with the sump pump, back-up, water softener, and water heater in one visit. Impeccable work, friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for better service. Matt made me a customer for life and I won’t hesitate to recommend him and Hope Plumbing to anyone with the most basic to most complicated plumbing issues.

We had a pipe leaking under our kitchen sink. We called Pristine and a few hours later Evert was at our house and repaired the leaking pipe and outside water spigot. We are very grateful for the same day, professional service. Evert done a wonderful job. We would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

Mark was very helpful and answered all of my questions about my new water softener. Very professional.03/28/2023- Rick came out today to check my new softener. I was concerned that I could see water in the brine tank. Rick assured me that this is expected with the regeneration of the tank; I did not know that. I asked Rick about which salt I should buy and he assisted me with that and approximately how often I should buy the bags of salt. Thank-you Rick; you put my mind at ease.

Exterior spigot had a slow drip. Reached out to get quote. They came out the same day and performed the repair. Office contact was super nice and plumber was super friendly. Excellent technician! Zo was knowledgeable and knew what to do to get the job done.I have used Petermans for my plumbing in the past and they couldn’t unclog the drain and they sent out 4 different techs, gave me 3 different solutions, 3 different quotes which was 3x the cost of Roto Rooter.Zo also informed me of plumbing issues that might be of concern in the crawl space going forward. Petermans has been in my crawl space a half dozen times in the past year & never made mention of these issues.I will use Roto Rooter for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

I contacted Acme Plumbing for a hot water heater replacement. They arrived at 3:30 and finished approx 11:30PM. They stated that I needed to replace 2 other items to be up to code. I agreed to do this. Within the first 30 days, they have been out a total of 5 times repairing, replacing and tighting. I have had water leaking 2 times, The pressure tank that was installed is defective and now they are saying maybe the water company needs to replace the meter also? ALL of this for a water heater. They have showed up when they state, just not to sure about the quality of the work. 4/25/2019 update. no responds from acme plumbing and I now have even more water leaking from where they installed the pressure gauges . I have another company coming out to fix this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

Sam came out today and performed the maintenance on 3 properties that we have. He did a fantastic job ,very thorough and very professional.

I was not impressed with service and was late. Also over heard who I believe to be the owner say the n word multiple times when he thought I wasn't listening. Its just not the time and place for that kind of language especially considering the person is white. Would not recommend services again.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Highly recommend 24-7. Will definitely use them for any future services. Staff was very communicative, including Taylor in the office. We had a pretty big project and Clint was our Plumber. We can not say enough about him. He was extremely professional , always willing to answer any questions, and just an all around nice guy. This was not an easy job at all and very exhausting, and he never let it show. You could truly tell he loves his job. Our plumbing issue required some man power, so Kammeron assisted Clint, and he was great as well. Clint was aware we had issues with previous plumbing companies and instead of sub contracting the concrete work, he took the job on himself so we wouldn't have to wait any longer. 24-7 Is definitely the company you want for your plumbing needs.

Do a great job, but wish they communicates pricing in advance better. Was a bit sticker shocked for my repair.

Well at least they showed up. Cause last night they didn’t. Needed two issues fixed and they left without even looking at my leaking drain from my tub into my basement and they did unclogged the kitchen drain at least, I guess I a got one done but still have my leak on that , Ohh boy. Make your own opinion from what I experienced. Nice guys friend and respectful. Just not happy about still having a leaking issue.
