Brian did a good job. We needed a new pump in our sump pit.
He replaced the pump but ALSO cleaned everything, tidied up the cables, reattached the float for the battery backup and removed the hard water build up.

IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF - CALL MR. ROOTER. $325 to install a $18 outdoor spigot. This just screws into a pipe in a huge crawl space 1 ft off the basement. I just had better things to be doing (i thought.)
I paid him his $89.00 I had to sign for before he even looked at anything and told him to GET OUT! He snapped a picture on his phone and sent it to his supervisor. Can't believe this is what passes for a plumber these days. An hour later I had it fixed for 17.50 + tax.

I was very impressed on the timely arrival, competence, and knowledge of the service technician. He took the time to explain what was going on with my pipes and commode and every step was explained very thoroughly before he proceeded. He did not sell me something I did not need. I will recommend him to all my friends, family and co-workers and will continue to stand behind this company and contact them for future service.

Miguel was very friendly and professional. He made sure to take the time to educate us on all of the recommended and needed work which we really appreciated. While we did not use plumb doctor this time however we will be considering them for our future needs.

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

We had a burst pipe in our wall this afternoon, I called around to 6 different plumbers, all who wouldn’t come out until the next day because it was later in the day.

I kept calling down the list of plumbers until I got to these guys. Dawn answered the phone and was so sweet and helpful. We had a plumber out here within 30 minutes after I called.

He was very kind and jumped right in and told us the problem. We thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars to repair, and being graduate students that stressed us out, but he had the problem fixed in less than an hour and our bill was an affordable and beautiful relief.

I’m super happy with this company and wouldn’t hesistate to call them again!

Excellent work, incredibly reasonable pricing, and very responsive. Casey rebuilt 3 toilets (one of which included a full pull and reset) and rebuilt 2 aging shower faucet assemblies. I especially appreciated the time he spent sourcing the necessary parts for the old shower fixtures so we didn't have to do a costly replacement. I am relatively new to home ownership, and this was the first major plumbing work I needed to have done. Moon Family Plumbing will definitely be my go-to company for any plumbing needs moving forward.

I had a major backup in my main line today at 2:30pm. I reached out to several other plumbing service companies without any luck to get someone out here and or they simply did not want to do it because of the lack of a clean out. Gave them a call shortly thereafter. Within 1h 30 mins I had someone knocking on my door from service plus. They came in and took care of the issue in short order. They were professional, clean, and super nice folks. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to give them a call in the future as well as refer them to my friends.

Have been a B&W customer for several years, but no longer. Last estimate was comically expensive. I ate the charge for the estimate and did the work myself for about 20% of the quoted price. I understand your employees need to eat, but your customers do too.

This is my second experience with 24-7, and both times my technicians, Justin B. and Aaron, were professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job! Both times I have been impressed with the team that scheduled my appointments, and the level of customer service I received from them. Great company, great service. This group with always be my first call.
