Best Plumbing Fix in Indianapolis IN

I am very happy with the service of Hope Plumbing. They replaced the shower and drain in the main bathroom, toilet innards in two bathrooms, two complete faucets in the kitchen. In an old house repairs don’t always go smoothly but these guys coped well with unexpected glitches and the results are completely successful. Seth was careful to explain what was needed and how they would proceed. I can recommend them without reservation.

Juan was very polite, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job at my house! He is welcome back at any time. He even answered several questions about thousands of dollars of work for his company in the future. He also explained the difference in a tank and tankless water heater for me and how much money it would save me down the line.It was an honor to have him at my house. Juan definitely needs a raise!!!

I needed a couple of plumbing issues fixed after the inspection on our home. I called at 8:00am the day after thanksgiving and they had a plumber at my house by 8:30! Quality work and took care of the areas they worked on. Very satisfied and would definitely use again!

Tim was great! He explained the repairs clearly and was finished in a reasonable time. Very polite and friendly. Left the area just like he found it, no mess. Previous plumber from another company that first repaired gave me some song and dance about having to replace the subfloor. Tim echoed what I thought at the time...the prior plumber was out for money by doing unnecessary repairs. I will recommend Plumb Doctor to all of my friends.

We had no water in our home, and Sullivan came after hours and worked for more than an hour in cold and wet to restore service. Excellent experience.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service manager, Doug, is just about the rudest individual I have ever met. They did the plumbing on our 3 year old home when it was built, and we have had nothing but problems. Most recent, a broken water heater. My husband calls and tells the receptionist what's going. She said it should be covered under warranty. Doug gets to our home and says $250. I begin to ask questions and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. He immediately gets combative and defensive. It's no wonder our homebuilder broke ties with this company. They are unprofessional, rude, supply poor quality material and shoddy work. Steer clear of of this company.

Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Service Plus! Had to get our whole ac system replaced a few weeks back and ServicePlus was speedy and professional throughout the whole process. Excellent end to end customer service. I want to call out Essie and Paul in particular for being so friendly and professional...we really enjoyed having them complete the job and hope to encounter them again for any future needs! Highly recommend going with these guys!

We have used B&W for our annual maintenance for years and I believe it has saved us hundreds of dollars over the years. They are always on top of making sure they get out to the house twice a year. The experience is always good and the service guys are always helpful. This year we had Michael, this is at least his second season of inspecting our equipment, it is always nice to see a familiar face. I had questions and he had good answers. Thanks Michael!

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

We had an emergency situation on a Sunday. I made about 10-15 calls and was only able to get 1 company (which wasn't my preferred choice) to come out. After an enormous estimate that included everything other than our immediate problem, I couldn't wait to get the guy out of here( without fixing our issue). The next morning ,Jennifer, from Hellyer plumbing was the only person who called back, and I'm so glad she did. Everyone was so professional, efficient, timely and fair with the pricing. Our problem was fixed without a hitch. JB, and his helper were the best! So happy Jennifer called us back the very next morning. If you're looking for a great company, call Hellyer!
