Within a few hours of making the initial call, our plumbing issues were corrected and I couldn't be happier about the level of service I received. Will charge you $350 to test your gas line for leaks and give a big spiel about how they don't trust what the gas company says about where leaks are, except they'll blame the gas company for not telling them there were more leaks when they missed some, and thus *have* to charge you a second time for repairs that should have been caught the first time.

Michael showed up on time and he and his assistant kept me informed of what they were doing. Very professional. I plan on using 3 Kings for future service.

Dan was awesome! He arrived when he said he was. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing issues I was having. He had everything taken care of the same day including having all the parts he needed delivered. Side note I think my basement is cleaner now than when he started. I am glad I chose Benjamin franklin and they sent Dan to my house.

On a Saturday morning, I called in about a pilot light I couldn't get started. I received a call back in minutes and was advised how to fix the issue over the phone for free. I highly recommend calling them if you have any plumbing issues.

The technicians who performed the work were very good. They provided a estimate of the the work to be done and wrote a very detailed description of what they would do. The day of the job they arrived in a timely manner and completed the job in less than the estimated time. I would recommend this company.

Technician had difficult time with fitting under toilets but eventually got job completed. Problem was not his fault and he eventually solved the problem. Think his name is Miguel and will ask for him next time service is needed.

Justin arrived promptly first thing in the morning to clear a toilet blockage. The project was more complicated that the initial expectation but Justin got the job done professionally. Super polite and responsive plumber.

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

Miles came out today to do a water pipe systems check. He was very professional and personable. He made sure I knew where the emergency shutoff valves were located and raised my water temperature for me. Also suggested I invest in a water softner.
