Pristine Plumbing has come to my rescue twice this month: 1st to remendy a dishwasher-draining problem I was having, and 2nd to install a new water softner 4 house.
Derrick and Nathen were prompt, professional and removed the old softner, cleaning up everthing in very timely manner. I will have future plumbing projects
with bath and sink remodels and will trust Pristine for their services when needed.

Wes and his team ( Nic, Trevor and Phil) were very professional, courteous and on time. They kept me well informed of what was happening and explained clearly what to you expect and how they were going to repair my property after they finished .
They completed the sewer line replacement according to their original timeline and cleaned up after their work ( as much as possible with what sewer line replacement involves )

The Technician Kyle Kingery was very nice and completed the work in a timely manner. No mess left and no complaints with service.

I enjoyed the tech Muane hey had a great personality and arrived in a timely manner. I like that he gave me three options to fix my issue. He word hard and was nice the entire time. Our first option didn't work out as there was a bigger issue when he got into the problem. I don't like the pricing at all but wasn't in a place to call around. I don't blame the tech. I do believe the pricing is a bit high but the service tech had great customer service.

A professional plumber with good results. Enjoyed the communication during and before the visit. Have used plumb doctor before and will continue to do so.

Ron Jackson was out within an hour of calling when I noticed my bathroom shower had flooded with sewage. He had me back to normal in a few minutes! Will be using their service from now on!
