The Andy diagnosed the issue and had to call to get replacement parts. From his experience and knowledge of water heaters, Andy also ordered a propane valve. Andy worked his tail off and completed the job by 9:10pm. The family and I are happy with his work and took nice warm showers the next day.

Brian was great! Very professional and friendly. He carefully explained what he was doing and made sure I knew what it would cost before he started. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, even installing some bracing to make sure the problem would not return. That proves to me Benjamin Franklin is more concerned about doing the job right instead of fast. They will always be my first and only call when I need a plumber.

We have had LD Smith Plumbing out to our home on multiple occasions. They repaired a plumbing issue and installed a new sump pump and battery back up on our current home and checked out a plumbing issue on our new home. They are on time, helpful, and explain what they are doing. I especially like that a text is sent with a picture and the name of the plumber coming to help before they arrive. Also, they apply the service charge for looking at the job to the repairs, which is awesome. The service has been great, and we will continue to use this company when plumbing issues arise.

Needed help with my water heater and called Weilhammer, over the phone I was given adequate info about my water heater and how to get it fired up again. Instead of having to pay three or four hundred dollers the guys from Weilhammer helped me figure my problem out. Not only did they save me the hassle but they assured me that if I was still having problems they would get a repair man out after hours to get it fixed. Thats excellent service and I will be sure to call Weilhammer if I have any problems in the future.

Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didn't try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldn't afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.

We used B&W to fix our faucet and broken shower. They were able to repair our new faucet after other plumbers had only tried to get us to buy another new faucet. They were fast, efficient and honest about the work that needed to happen. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!

I am very pleased with Mr. Plumber. They came on time, communicated well, told me exactly what to expect and how much it would cost and did exactly that. All the technicians were very personable and professional. I really like that they worked in teams. Also Mr. Plumber has been very reasonable priced so far. Which is important to a single Mom on a tight budget. I will definitely be calling them again for any issues.

We had Howald come out for scheduled and routine maintenance on our HVAC system. Dan was SUPER nice and friendly. He was more than willing to have me follow him around as he taught me different tips for more efficiently heating our house. I would definitely recommend Howald as they have been 1st class throughout the entire process.
