Excellent service, prompt arrival and very knowledgeable service from Freddie. He dealt patiently with my recalcitrant drain applying multiple strategies until it cooperated. My only quibble was with the bill. Much better than my last experience with Hope, so, while I had been wavering in my loyalty due to a couple of bad experiences with servicemen and receiving email promotions that I was told would not apply for me(read still simmering irritation here),I will continue to use them.

Jeff was extremely professional and got the job done in a short amount of time (and since I was already home, he was able to arrive an hour EARLY!) Great job! I would highly recommend their services.

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

Nothing but Praise for Randy and Mr. Rooter on an emergency. We were fixing an issue in a home we're selling in Indianapolis, and found ourselves in a situation where we had to shut off the main water to the house. With two families staying at the home to do work, it was crucial to have water. Though it was late afternoon on a Labor Day weekend, Mr. Rooter found Randy to do the job. He worked for MANY hours and solved the issues - and there were some pretty substantial - working into the late evening on a holiday weekend. Randy's attitude was wonderful, his work ethic was excellent, and the cost, we felt, was fair. Mr. Rooter charged by the job - not by the hour - so when Randy asked, Do you want me to use copper? (vs. another material that would have taken less time for him), he recommended the copper...We don't live in Indy, but we can say it was one of the BEST plumber experiences we have ever had. THANK YOU, RANDY! KUDOS BIGTIME!

Roto-Rooter was the only service I found that answered their phone after 6pm on a week night. Then they said they could have someone out within 4 hours. Their service went exactly as promised. The technician Benjamin was professional and explained everything before he performed the service so we would know exactly what to expect. Were they the cheapest? Likely no. But when my toilet flooded my first floor I didn't really take the time to price shop. I am grateful they came out and fixed the problem!

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

Today I had the pleasure of my membership visit. While David Zech was here he was also able to look into some situations with our toilets. He was knowledgeable and friendly and gave us a rundown of all of the issues we were having. Not only was he professional he was easy to talk to and understand. He was able to setup me up for same day service and repairs and patient while we made our decision on what to do. I am so impressed with the business and the people they have working and representing the business as well. 5 STARS!Update Myles Everon was here within the next 90 minutes to start the repair and updated we needed. Again, extremely professional and kind.I think what I like most with this company is the photo and bio sent via text of the employee coming to see and help. I work from home with two kids and seeing who will be coming and getting to know a little about them is such a perfect touch.Hands down an amazing company to work with.

This is the best plumbing service I have found in indy they were referred by our realtor when we were selling our last home and we will call with any plumbing needs we have from now on very reasonable and professional.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

My experience started with the easy going conversation that I had with their sales gal Taylor. She got me a quote and definitely made the process easy. Clint was the plumber that responded to our home and since it was daytime, they didn’t even charge a fee to come look at the problem. Long and short our water heater needed replaced b/c age and corrosion. They pushed another job back, got the new water heater, and had the installation done same day. Full explanation of the workings of the new water heater and expansion tank that was installed. Certainly happy with the work, professionalism, and price. Quote was $300 cheaper than a couple of other places that had provided quote. These guys were also recommended to me by my neighbor.

My technician, Juwan Oliver, was outstanding! He was on time, listened to my problem, gave me several options, and then made the repair. He made sure my water pressure was good, and was very thorough in explaining what he did and why he did it. Juwan was very professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend you all to friends and family.
