Best Maintenance And Repair in Indianapolis IN

Very disappointing. Hope is one of the more expensive plumbing companies in Indy, we used them because we needed our toilet realigned after it came back in our home inspection, we needed to work done quickly and we needed it done right and we thought they would be able to take care of it properly. The repair tech didn't have the tools he needed and had to leave and come back, the toilet was re-installed crooked and the bathroom was left with a thick film of tile dust because no protection was put down to protect any surfaces. I called to complain, they sent out a new tech to center the toilet (several days later and he also had to leave to get a proper tool). They never addressed the filth they left or bothered to clean it. I spent hours trying to get the black tile grime of the walls and in the grout and off the blinds, the bathroom was a mess. The attached photos are from after my first round of cleaning. Do yourselves a favor and call Peterman if it isn't a rush job.

I was very impressed and over satisfied with the results and how much was done in such a timely manner. Doug did a great job with the work. Best plumbing work I’ve seen done in a long time.

Will use this place and request Doug again if another issue arises.

Our outdoor spigot had a leak between the siding and the foundation that ended up spraying water into our basement. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave an estimate. I showed the video of the issue from the outside since it was pouring rain and he was even more confident in the issue. He fixed the issue really quickly and was on his way. The fix ended up being under the original cost as well and he fixed it in a way that will hopefully avoid us having the same issue in the future. Well done!

Given an estimate of $200-400 over the phone for installation of a pump. 2 plumbers showed up later that day (prompt!) telling me that minimum was $700 and that was a bargain. Sent them packing. Got it done later that day for $275 from another plumber. These guys are expensive and sneaky on pricing.

My dishwasher over flowed because of a clog... we just moved to the area so we didn’t know who to call. I just googled free estimates. Once I talked to RR they came out immediately which shocked me! Evaluated the situation and, had a restoration specialist out who tested my cabinets and flooring for water. Every single person that we were connected to with this company was phenomenal. They came back out this morning & not only did they fix my problem plus help me place an insurance claim but they went above and beyond to show me things about our home we never even knew. They were so thorough and so awesome!!!! We will be RR customers for life! Best company we have worked with customer service wise in a very long time! Couldn’t be more pleased and we highly recommend them!!!!!!!

Whole house evaluation was good and prices quoted were good then scheduling the work to get done was delayed twice. Cancelling the work and getting another company worked out well. Money paid to ACME through credit card account to start work that was cancelled the next day still has not been credited back to my account a month later. Just left a message with a real person with their answering service. I will see if they return my call tomorrow. Just got call from I tech but he did not know why he was calling. I had to explain again to him what I had already told the answering service

Godby let me use a demo dehumidifier to see if I wanted to permanently install a unit in my house. I bought the unit a little while back and finally got around to having Kenny come out and install the unit along with a humidifier for during the winter months. Kenny did a great job with the installation and didn’t cut any corners. He even found a wire shorting out on the frame work during this installation and fixed it. Every time I’ve had Godby come out they have gone above and beyond. They are the first ones I call with any issue I have because I know it will be done right.

Service Plus came out in a timely fashion and gave us reasonable solutions to repair our furnace. We will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

From beginning to end I was extremely impressed with Austin and Mr. Plumber as a company. They arrived on time for both the estimate and the work to be done. They were not pushy with any sales and very knowledgeable. They advised on many aspects I needed to consider with the age of my water heater and certain things that were not up to code. They quoted a fair price in comparison to other estimates I had received. They were quick, kind, and explained to me all they completed when finished.Overall 10/10 would recommend. ?
