Best Maintenance in Indianapolis IN

Well two fine repair guys stuff and Demetrius showed up explained everything to me brought in their equipment explained what they were doing or fast were courteous explain what the problem was explain the service agreement there was did their work really well and cleaned up and help me make sure that my drain is clean and I am very happy with them they do an excellent job they're very professional very courteous very personable I think their quality people and I will use hope again and I pretty sure I'm going to get there service contract

I have no idea how they have such high ratings. They must pay people to review. I called them because of the ratings. They sent this sketchy guy out and some 15 year old kid. I knew there was a $69 assessment fee. I was ok paying it based on the magnificent reviews. My service request was to make sure all of my pipes are winterized with heat tape and insulation. The guy (Derek) gets under the house and is yelling, cussing, screaming because he was scared of the crickets. Is this really a 5 star plummer? No. He shows me that the pipes are fine. The heat tape was on and working but says there is a small corner that could use a little insulation around it. I am aware that putting a piece of fiber glass insulation would take less that two minutes and cost less than $20 if I were to do it myself. The $69 fee goes towards the work if you choose to have them service you. So I said ok, can you do that for me? He says give me a minute and I'll write up an estimate a few min later He quotes me a price for $1800. He can't be serious. This business is awful. I would never ever use them or recommend them to anyone.

Juan did a great job helping me find the source of a leak. He and his coworker were very professional and courteous. They were friendly and not bothered by my autistic son's quirks. I definitely recommend them!

Kyle was on time, professional, and thorough. While here to fix leaks around hot water heater he also noticed my washer drain needed to be higher. As a new home owner, they were able to help with several problems. Great communication and the work was done well. They are my new plumbers!!

My sump pump failed at 4:30 am. I called like 5 companies that claim 24 hour plumbing and none of them could get to me. I finally got to Mr. Rooter on the list around 7:00 and the owner was at my house my 7:30/8:00. He put in a temporary sump pump and also dried my basement because he also owns a restoration company called Damage Doctors. This was a huuuuge help to have one person to deal with both issues. Less than a week later they sent a plumber to out a new sump pump in. He was very professional and they were reasonably priced. Through the sister company they dried the basement and coordinated all the carpeting replacement and painting. Since I have a full home gym, they sent someone from Damage Doctors to help me disassemble all my equipment and move it. After the carpet was installed they came back to help me put my gym back together. Everything went super smooth.

Zo did a fabulous job and so did Hunt! They were very thorough and explained everything. Also, loved our large dog. They did a great job!

Thanks Blake and Bailey. This is the second time I've used ACME, had a toilet that wasn't flushing, they came out in the evening assessed the issue and resolved it for an affordable price, even after hours.

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Our building is challenging as it is big but they figured things out- got to work and at the end of the day- cleaned up! Thanks guys!

The overflow drain of my tub had become dislodged and was causing water to leak through my ceiling into the kitchen. Brandon was super professional and quick. He had to cut a whole in the drywall, but it’s inconspicuous and only as big as he needed. He didn’t have the supplies he needed to fix the problem, so he quickly ran to the hardware store to buy what he needed and came back to finish the job. The leak was repaired and he tested it several times to double check his work. I can confirm after several uses that the leak is fixed!!

Jeremy was very professional, polite, and courteous but, MOST importantly he was honest and shot it to me straight and explained things in layman terms which was a breath of fresh air.He even told me what to look out for future reference and showed me what to listen for and what it should sound like if it’s working properly. He even demonstrated what sounds my heat pump was going to make before it made the sound which is impressive.A true HVAC whisperer and great service all around. I will definitely call Jeremy back.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

Had a water line leak. Under a slab. Guys worked their tails off to get to it and we’re polite and understanding when they had to give me bad news (additional hole in floor on other side of the wall). Also took it upon themselves to notice I was a veteran and offered a discount. Most folks don’t bring something like that up, they hope you simply don’t ask and charge full. Did great work and we’re good guys - will definitely use them again!

Called to see about replacing my water heater. Salesperson was friendly, swift and to the point. Explained things so I could understand. Great experience. Hope the install is as good an experience.
