Best Main Sewer in Indianapolis IN

We had Richard Parkison out from Hope Plumbing recently. He came out for multiple trips to take care of plumbing issues we were having. Richard took care of a shower drain that wasn’t on center and he was able to solve the issue for us and get the shower drain installed.He also fixed some water lines that were improperly installed by another plumber, reset a toilet, installed a new water heater and well tank. He was professional and communicated well the entire time.He ensured that I was up to date the entire project and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. Heads up if you don't have standard brands of equipment (what does that mean?!):
They showed up on time and are easy to reach, which is very much appreciated.

My issue was that a shower cartridge needed replaced; they said my shower faucet brand is not a standard brand (it's Pfister, which is very common, so I'm not sure why this is an issue!) , which meant they needed to get the part from a downtown warehouse as it wasn't on their truck.
My service was rated a Level 5 on their flat-rate pricing sheet because of that, and if I had a standard brand it would've been a Level 3, which was ~50% of the cost. I'm frustrated that I got charged nearly double which was mainly drive time; the actual diagnosis and repair was ~20 minutes out of the job; I'm in Broadripple, so not far from downtown or their offices which made that drive time very pricey. Quite frustrating.

I called about fixture installation in our shower bathtub combo and sink. They came out the same day and had it done in a few hours. Great service! Very polite and personable with quality work. Would definitely recommend!

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

Our water heater decided to go while I was out of town. The Steg Team was there the next day with a good solution for our home. We also had a pipe leak in our ceiling which they repaired while they were there. The were pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend Steg Plumbing!

We had a water preassue issue in our historic home (Cottage Home Neighborhood), on a Saturday, 9/5/20. Called Fowler and had a technician on site within 90 minutes! Issue was identified, diagnosed, and corrected quickly. Outstanding work, extremely professional, efficient, and respectful. Price was very fair as well. Great service and great work from they're employees..

Mr Rooter wanted to charge me 450-750$ to unclog my clean out drain and when I said that was ridiculous, they wanted to charge me 60 dollars to try to rob me, so they left my house without getting a penny! And Mr Plumber came out and worked with me on pricing and the maintenance guy Chuck did an amazing job; stayed till the problem got solved, kept me informed on what was going on and I'm just overly impressed and so very appreciative! They did the job that Mr Rooter wanted 450-750 to do, for 93$! I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family! They were good honest people that didn't try to rip me off and actually worked with me!
