Michael M. came out to repair our well pump and did fantastic job. We had the roof of our barn blow off and damage our well pump. After being without water for a day, Michael was quick to trouble shoot the problem, repair the issue, do additional diagnostic testing, and recommend further work to get the most out of our system. Clean out put in and partial sewer replacement. Company had best estimate out of three. They came out straight away and explained everything in a way I could understand and answered my questions in a way I could understand without being condescending. Technicians were professional.They worked in the time frame allotted and company office communicated when they had to push back due to weather/rain. I had to have them back out for a small leak from a pipe not tightened enough and they were out the next day. Work seems like it was done right.I would hire again. Thanks for taking care of everything.

I called Bob. He came out to my home quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable about the problems I needed solved and how to make it happen. He is very personable and nice. 10/10 will call again for my plumbing needs.

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Our building is challenging as it is big but they figured things out- got to work and at the end of the day- cleaned up! Thanks guys!

This Service is awful. The first time they came out to the house it was great, they were on time, they made a call before they came, service went wonderfully. two weeks later our water started to back up again, so we called them. Gave them a time crunch because we both had to work, had one phone call saying he was on a job but then would call before he came to the house. No call, no service before we had to work, no message saying they had been to the house while we were gone. Called to schedule another appointment, was argued with that we did not anwser the door. Third appointment, again no call, no service. Called again to find out what is going on to schedule a last appointment before going somewhere else. And I was told that they refuse to uphold their warranty, and I was hung up on. If you call them you may expect rude behavior and unprofessional conduct.
