Having had a very bad experience with the previous person that installed my water heater, it was refreshing to have a professional like Matt on the job. I woke up yesterday to NO HOT WATER and a pilot light that wouldn't ignite. I called Weilhammer Plumbing, who had installed the hot water heater years ago. They called me back and suggested a way to re-set the pilot light and save me a needless sales call. I followed their directions and IT WORKED!! Now everything is up and working great. I was so thrilled that I years ago I had found an honest plumber.

On time all 3 times I've had to use them. They have given me a 4-hour window and were in touch on the hour, and at my place within the 1st hour. They're expensive though, the ONLY reason for the 4-stars, $250 labor and a $15 part, but hey, I don't have a water leak now, so yay for that!! The techs are great, clean, quick, and thorough. My new pipe is GORGEOUS.

I want to start by saying the technician was great. But, I also want to say that I am severely disappointed in Service Plus. Technician came out to do the complimentary preventative maintenance on our furnace. After doing the maintenance, the furnace stopped working. Up until the maintenance, it worked perfectly. Somehow the gas valve went out during the maintenance process. Instead of the the company taking it on the chin and making it right by fixing for free what wasn’t broken before preventative maintenance, I had to pay $350 for labor, miss a day of work (and pay), and have a night without heat. This shouldn’t happen. Please be cognizant that this may also happen to you.

Our plumbing tech arrived on time, was professional and courteous.
Completed the task promptly and the expense was very reasonable.
We'll use again when needed and gladly recommend to our friends.
