They came out to give me an estimate to upgrade my service on an older home. They asked about my overall plan for the place. Once I told them what my plans were they advised that I really did not need to upgrade. You can not get honesty like this very often. They have probably saved me thousands of dollars and a few headaches too. They will be my go to electrician from now on. Professional and honest company. Thank you

Austin answered the call immediately to resolve an electrical issue that would impact a carpentry install, and was able to make the changes the same afternoon.

He was knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to explain the issue. His prices were fair and he did good quality work. He even helped answer some unrelated electrical questions at the end of his visit.

Called Rinder on a Sunday morning, assuming I was not going to get service until Monday. He called an hour later and said she’d be there by 2:00 in the afternoon. He came out, diagnosed the issue, provided a safe and temporary solution, and schedule time the following week to finish it up. Came out, finished the work, left things clean. Rinder is too on my list of contractors and has always done excellent electrical work.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9am this morning. It’s now 10am and they’re still not here. I adjusted my schedule for the entire day to fit this appointment in. Don’t post appointment time slots for 9am if you’re not going to show up at 9am. It’s as simple as that. Also, I tried calling the number they left with me and it goes straight to voicemail. Also tried emailing and nothing. Ugh.

This company did work on a home we bought. We received the invoice for the work done during the closing process. After closing, a family member who is a master electrician came by to check the work when a lot of lights were malfunctioning. They did shabby work that we have now had to re-do. Luckily our family member could do it for us, but as new home owners it was a frustrating experience and one more thing to add to our long to-do list. This company will overcharge you for bad work.

Our tech arrived early, did a review of our system, and fixed what needed to be addressed. These guys are pricey, but they're pros.

I've had three major installations done with by Branch:
* Installed my 220v hot tub electrical outlet and ensured everything was installed to building codes.
* We had our whole basement wired, branch found it would be best to install an auxilary panel, so that the install was perfectly professional. It consisted of an entire Inlaw's quarters (kitchen, bath, laundry room, living room, and bedroom). We even had another hot tub outlet put in!
* I also had our 220v electrical car charging station installed by Branch. It works perfectly, and I use it daily.

Th installs were fast and there was no mess left. I also found Noah, our installer, to be knowledgeable and a real people person. Looking for solutions, and not just to make money.

Jerry just got done at our house and I could not recommend him more. He was extremely prompt, professional, and very fair priced (especially compared to some of the others I'd called in the area.)
