We installed a new toilet (old one had a tank leak); a new water heater and a new water softener. Richard was awesome! Professional, he answered all questions and talked about maintenance. Having a monthly/annual checkup with them is a good idea (I learned the hard way since my earlier attempts led to a more expensive outcome).

The job was done well, and he explained all he did to fix the problem as well as explaining what we might need to address in the near future. Great communication from the office as to when the tech would arrive, including a photo, so I would know who he was when he knocked on the door. Highly recommend.

called to get advice on what could be causing my hot water pressure to decrease. weilhammer was the only one who responded with good practical advice over the phone without coming over and charging a service fee. very helpful! i will remember them if i need a plumber.

The office personnel was so very understanding and compassionate. She was trying to get the best appointment and kept me informed on the status. The two repairmen were excellent. They went about their job and was very efficient. They removed and installed the new one in record time. I was very impressed with the company and would recommend them to anyone. I would have liked to have a new drip pan but that is a little thing.

I would recommend getting a price quote before they get to your house. They did a nice job, but I over paid by 35% ($800) over another major plumbing outfit. I know this because I price checked them later. Don’t make the same mistake I did. They definitely took advantage of the situation and charged me a premium.

After using several other heating and cooling companies, we decided to try Godby on the recommendation of a neighbor. It's always easy scheduling an appointment and they always call before arriving. The technicians that have been to our home have been very professional, courteous and helpful in answering any questions we have. We have not used Godby's Plumbing or Electric services as yet but won't hesitate to do so if we have problems. We would highly recommend using Godby.

Casey from Moon Plumbing came over to assess the issue with our water pressure within 24 hours of my first call. We had an old water softener that failed and released resin beads into our pipes. He figured out the problem within five minutes of arriving at our home. We scheduled a date/time for the instillation and repair service. We discovered a leak late on a Friday night and they were super quick to respond and fix the problem. We then had them out several days later to replace our main water shut off valve to the house and we couldn’t be happier. Very responsive, prompt, and knowledgeable. Clint and the main office were great to work with and we will definitely use them in the future.

Faucet leak and shut-off values were old and would not turn off. Water everywhere.....yikes! But Mr. Quick made us smile!

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.
