After a not so great plumbing experience with another company, I decided to give Pristine a call, based on all the positive reviews I read. I am not disappointed. They did an awesome job and trust me when I tell you it wasn't an easy one. So happy and the best part, they cleaned up after the work was done. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean! Love that! If you need plumbing done I highly recommend giving them a call. I also found the cost reasonable, let's face it, plumbing ain't cheap. I didn't need to be nervous, they were quite fair. I will definitely call them again if I need more plumbing repairs.

Terrible ripoff

Every aspect of my water heater replacement was awesome from carter. Easy to request service, quick call return from a Travis (not sure of last name) local guy, not national. Was knowledgeable and helpful. Sent me quotes with no surprises. Worked with me to pick up a tank I had under warranty. Day of crew kept me informed of arrival. Showed up on time. Alex and Larry were both friendly and worked clean safe and efficient. I appreciated everyone I communicated with. Highly recommended even if their jingle is cheesy.

Weilhammer Plumbing installed a 75 gallon vent water heater. Installation went smooth and in a timely manner. Removed the old water heater and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend Weilhammer Plumbing!

Even though we unfortunately had to replace our water heater, Jason, Tim and Todd all took great care of us. Jason tried everything he could to get the original to work and made sure to get us the best price he could. Tim and Todd were super friendly, quiet and quick when they were here replacing it. They even loved on the dog and played for a few minutes with her ha. Thanks guys!!!

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.

All points plumbing was assigned to come and fix my bath tub through my home warranty company Choice Home Warranty. They reshceduled more than five times and I would rearrange my schedule and wait for them to show and they always had excuses. Finally, I was able to get a time when someone was going to show up but the technician told me it was going to be around 10:00 at night. I told the technician that was way too late to come to my home. I finally was able to get a technician out to my home after calling and complaining to my home warranty company about them not showing up and they had called the agency and told them I wasn't home when they showed up in the past which is not true. When the technician finally came to my home after I he was over 2 hours late for the appointment and I had to call beg someone to please come and assess my issue the technician walked right in asking how I would pay my co-payment before he even looked at or addressed the issue that I had been waiting for over one month to be fixed. The technician explained the reason why both of my bathtubs were running the hot water so slowly was because of something with the faucet. When he called my warranty company they said I needed to call the manufacturer of my faucet and have them send new faucets but my home warranty company said they would cover the cost of the labor. The technician told me not to worry he had extra faucets in his shop and he would return in three days to install them. He told my copay and went and sent a totally different diagnosis other than what he had told me which he knew would not be covered by my home warranty company. Two days later after I called and complained to my home warranty service about the horrible experience I had with this company the technician sent another diagnosis where he stated my plumbing issues were marked unnecessary which is untrue. Both of my tubs are dripping out hot water, there is no power and no flow. I am a bath enthusiast and cannot take a bath because it takes over 45 minutes to fill my tub and by the time it fills the water is cold. There is barely enough water to take a shower. I am a travel nurse practitioner and I have been on the front lines for the last year in and out of hotels and I was looking forward to be able to take baths again in my tub since I hadn't been able to because I have been living in hotels for the last year. I also diagnose and treat patients and never have I told a patient one thing, put another thing in there chart and then went back and changed their diagnosis without notifying them of my supporting clinical findings for the change in diagnosis and the treatment recommendations. It is unethical and immoral to lie to a customer, saying you will be back to finish a job when u have no intentions of doing so and than lie so you wont have to come back and do the work you were paid to do. I still cant take a decent bath or shower, I have to pay out of pocket since the technician lied to my company and he said I had sediment in my water heater, and replace the water heater which in some circumstances it can be covered but not the way in which the technician lied and said it was due to sediment. The technician also had a horrible cough, wore his mask more like a chin strap than a face covering, I have taken care of hundreds of Covid-19 patients across the nation and I was scared to have him in my home with this barking cough but thank God I'm fully vaccinated.

I would highly recommend this company. They did a great job also did not mind answering all the questions I had about the work they were doing. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

The technician was very knowledgeable and completed the electrical work and testing in less than an hour. I would use and recommend this company to others.

Prompt, friendly, talented & clean are a few words that come to mind about Andrew and the team at Chapman's. They replaced the inside air handling unit, the outside heat pump, thermostat, plumbing hoses and cleaned up where you would not have know they were even there.Hands down, incredible service!!!
