Best Home Service in Indianapolis IN

This is my second time using Hope Plumbing. Both my experiences have been outstanding!!! I contacted Hope at approximately 4:45pm the evening before to request services. I received an electronic notification at 7:03am the next morning stating my tech was on his way to begin my projects. Thank you Freddy Luna for the awesome job replacing my shower ? fixtures... I had the best spa shower this evening ????

I had a service call from Pristine Plumbing on 11/8/22. Upon showing the technician that my water softener was constantly draining to the backwash, he showed me a picture of what he thought was the defective part. This part had been replaced in the past 3 months so that was likely not the problem. The technician then went to his truck and called his boss to see what might happening. When he returned, he proceeded to tell me I need to replace my water softener and they could complete the job for $2,400! There was never any diagnostic work or testing done to my existing unit so I don't know what the purpose of the service call was for. I called the office the next day to provide this feedback and they said that they would pass it along but never offered to make this situation right. If you want a new water softener, call Pristine Plumbing. If you want a service call, I suggest you go with someone else.

Professional. Office confirmed with me there would be no problem if he arrived early. Was given an estimate for all services to pick and choose as convenient.
James was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. He wore boot covers indoors and cleaned up when finished. Overall a positive experience. Vet friendly.

Dan was very courteous and professional!! He came in and installed our new water softener and removed our old one. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for all your plumbing needs!! They went above and beyond to assist me and to get it done in a timely manner!! Job well done!!

Called 3 companies and Mark was the only one that returned my call. He showed up the same day and got me out of a pinch where I started installing a softener and couldn't finish the job. Nice/friendly guy. I will use him again...

Customer service reps are amazing ladies and got me scheduled very quickly for our regular maintenance. When our furnace completely stopped working had a rep out in just a few short hours. He was very knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and honest on things he would recommend. Would recommend them to anyone.

Sometimes it's hard to find good reliable help that's also professional. Usually, that's the trade-off, but Tyler Kirkham was on time, professional, and knowledgeable! I had to turn another company away for not knowing how to do anything and not speaking before trying to gain entry to my home. Tyler Crushed it, and I became a member of their annual service plan! That's how you network and gain lifelong customers. I recommend this company to anyone, and I’ll triple recommend Tyler. New to the Indianapolis area, and it's a great sign when you can find a solid tradesperson.

I had a problem with my electric water heater and also wanted to add a mixing valve to get more effective capacity from the 50-gal tank. Doug at the office was very clear about the options. We decided to replace the tank and add the mix valve rather than repairing the old unit. Dontril was punctual, friendly and competent. Those are things I value more than the lowest price. You can probably find a cheaper quote, but I think it was a fair price and I will not worry about the work.

Mr Rooter wanted to charge me 450-750$ to unclog my clean out drain and when I said that was ridiculous, they wanted to charge me 60 dollars to try to rob me, so they left my house without getting a penny! And Mr Plumber came out and worked with me on pricing and the maintenance guy Chuck did an amazing job; stayed till the problem got solved, kept me informed on what was going on and I'm just overly impressed and so very appreciative! They did the job that Mr Rooter wanted 450-750 to do, for 93$! I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family! They were good honest people that didn't try to rip me off and actually worked with me!
