Extremely prompt, honest, very much know what they are supposed to do & do it in a very timely manner. Competitive to discounted pricing. We had 2 shower issues [drain & water source]; 1 sink issue [laundry room]; an outside of house issue & misc related issues. We were referred to them by our insurance company. Response time was next day but we delayed a day for our scheduling. Aaron was more than super. Randy was Aaron's assistant. NO problem w highly recommending them. Had my sump pump back up 3 times in 3 days, was using a different plumber. Plumb Doctor came out went above and beyond the call of duty. Dustin was the technician and stayed till 9 pm. To fix the pump. Also my hot water tank was ruined in the flooding. He replaced it and made sure we were up and running before he left. Highly recommend.

I have done business with them on plumbing and heating for 20 years. I just bought a new central heating and ac system from them. There were some issues that arose after the install. I told them on friday and on monday they had a crew in to resolve the issues. The second crew did a fine job fixing the problems. Never a moments resistance from their management on fixing the problems. They do good work, are responsive to emergencies and are as reasonably priced as any one in this business is.

I highly recommend Corey and Plumb on. He was very knowledgeable and most importantly honest about whether I should have the maintenance done on my water heater. He wasn't trying to sell me anything either. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs. I don't often write reviews but I want people to know that this is a locally family owned business that you can trust!

Our drain was clogged out in the main line so sewage was backing up into our basement. Mark was phenomenal. Professional yet personable. He was available on short notice and was even super easy to reschedule with when we needed to. He had all the tools and knowledge to fix the problem. His prices are great too!

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

We had water dripping from the second floor into the first floor. We were highly concern about the problem. We needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called like 12 plumbers, and none could help us (2 plumbers told me that they could fix it in two weeks, 2 plumbers stood us up, and 8 plumbers never returned our calls). So I went on google and found Indianapolis Plumbing Services. He answered my call right away. He told me was doing a job on the other side of Indianapolis but that he would come see the problem when he was done. He came that same night around 8PM. He told me what the problem was and told me he could come fix it the next morning, which was Saturday morning. It was a priority for us to get it fixed. He finished the whole job on Saturday. He did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.
