Summers has always been a wonderful HVAC and plumbing service. We have their service agreement, and they come out and check our heating, air conditioning and plumbing. The technicians are very professional, very nice, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend them.

The service was very good and quick, However, it was very expensive to replace an outside water spigot. Probably a $75 part at most and $700 for an hours labor even after 10% off. Will definitely be shopping around before using again.

Had our sump pump stop working during a very rainy period and needed an emergency replacement. Called 24-7 and within a short period of time Allen called and showed up at the time he promised. Gave us three recommendations for replacements sumps and within the hour he had a new pump installed which included a new check valve and an electronic monitor for the system.
Allen was very professional and clean (wore his mask and shore covers the whole time).
As we were talking it came up that we were both veterans and he was able to give me a discount on the job.

Attempted to call and schedule work with this company, and they stated they did not have time for our job. After asking for a recommendation for another company that could help, they simply said they did not know anyone. Office staff was not helpful and rude with their communication.

I woke up this morning to a flooded bathroom. I called Mr. Plumber’s emergency line and they were able to have an emergency technician to my home within a very reasonable timeframe for a Sunday. Zoe was our technician. She gave me a call twice - once to get an overview of the issue and then a second time to let me know she was on her way. Zoe was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely professional, pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and was very quick to diagnose the issue. Zoe also went out of her way to clean up what ended up being quite a mess after she completed her work. Thank you so much Zoe!

I wanted the special they offer but apparently you have to have a certain kind of home because they said their technicians aren't trained to hook up a gas line and a water line. So, what are they trained to do? I even offered to install it myself if they'd bring the water heater. Against policy. They offer a great deal but when you try to get it, they say it's gonna be over a hundred just to install. Would give negative stars but not an option. Shouldn't be advertising this cause it's just to get people sucked in.

Mike was doing work for a neighbor, and I asked for a quote when he was done. Not only was it a fair estimate, he did the work right then. Professional, quick, and cleaned up very nicely! Fixed water leak to dishwasher and did plumbing inspection. They also installed new air conditioning and furnace. Everyone has been very nice and technicians are very knowledgeable.
