Austin did an excellent job troubleshooting a damaged brass toilet flange on the upstairs bathroom in our 50 year old home. He arrived on time and was very professional and considerate. Fortunately, he was able to repair it as the replacement would have involved accessing the pipe from below and cutting into the ceiling on the lst story. He was thorough in describing the various options to fix it and he was subsequently pleased that the job didn't require the more extensive fix. He patiently answered my many questions about the job as well as educating me toward several other plumbing issues, without any sales pressure. Paul was very good with our water heater but I'm not too happy with Benjamin Franklin the company. I called them because they advertise they are the only company with fully stocked trucks so their guys don't have to make 2 or 3 trips to get it fixed. Well we are still without hot water until at least Monday. I guess if you have a Reem that's different. I think their advertising is misleading and should be changed but like I said our guy Paul was very nice and helpful. He is doing what he can to help us.

I’ve never received such poor service. Besides the faucet dripping after a supposedly new one was installed, the owner then insisting it’s normal and they’ll charge me another $49 to come out again if he thinks nothing is wrong, a couple days later I noticed numerous scratches in the wood laminate flooring in front of the rug in front of the sink. I don’t know what they did but clearly you cannot trust these guys in your home. Apparently putting something down to protect the floor was too much trouble for them. They clearly don’t care and only give good service to certain people. They only offer a 30 day guarantee on their own work but tell me delta offers a lifetime warranty on the faucet. Conveniently they took the box the faucet came in and any warranty information with them. The receipt they sent shows only one price for everything, $359. No company accepts that as proof of purchase. They were here for 30 minutes and only did damage.

I needed a couple of plumbing issues fixed after the inspection on our home. I called at 8:00am the day after thanksgiving and they had a plumber at my house by 8:30! Quality work and took care of the areas they worked on. Very satisfied and would definitely use again!

The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

We had an emergency sewage backup problem and they dispatched their crew within half an hour. VERY friendly and professional people. They solved the problem right away. Plumbers often get bad reputation but I'd use them again and highly recommend them for anybody.

Ron came out the day after I called and located our problem (replace line from tank to dist. box), gave a free estimate, and scheduled the fix for the following day. need new parts and cost $3500. Adam diagnosed the issue and corrected it for a nominal service charge. Stephanie in scheduling was also excellent, prompt, and accessible.

When I booked the appointment they told me it would be $93 or free for the first 100 feet to open the sewer line. He gets there and determines it probably doesn’t need run but he can for an additional $325 plus a $97 trip charge. I asked him about the price advertised online he told me that was not correct. Them charged me $97 to show up and do nothing.
