We wanted a utility sink installed in our garage, and an additional house bib installed outside. I called 4 different plumbers for bids. I thought of Ben Franklin because I had used them back in 2004.The BF estimator arrived exactly when expected. His bid was much lower than 2 others, and compatible with another. Ben Franklin could also do the work at the most opportune time for us, so we went with them.The plumbers arrived exactly on time. They realized they would need a bigger drill to go through the garage wall. But besides that delay, the job was done very quickly. The plumbers were very professional and even enjoyed our dogs. At the end, they gave some great advice about another job we were thinking of having done. We will definitely go with BF again.The bill was exactly the same as the estimate, even though they had to go get the other drill, which they didn't realize they would need.

I was truly impressed with the service that i received, from the time that i made the call, until the time that Jim left. I was in need of someone to come out A.S.A.P for a clog. I started making phone calls, yet no one else was willing or able to come out that same day. They arrived at my door within an hour of making the phone call! Tim from Plumb Doctor showed up promptly and on time. When he found an additional issue with my water heater, he communicated well, telling me the pros and cons of making or not making the repair. He did a good job and was courteous and professional. All in all, I was impressed with his work!

Bob came to my house in the early evening, which is very convenient. We smelled gas in a room with a gas fireplace. He looked at the fireplace and also the gas line in my utility room. He recommended I have the gas company come out and test our appliances, since they will do it for free. He had a lot of advice and was very knowledgeable. We didn't need any service, but if we do in the future, I'll definitely call him again!

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

Summer's Heating/ Plumbing and Air replaced my entire HVAC, sum pump, installed 3-bathroom faucets, installed a Halo air purifier and repaired and then ultimately replaced our gas water heater with a tank-less one. It was built on site. This was done over a year and a half period. The water heater developed a leak. They were quick in coming out to assess it and then repair the necessary part. Andrew, the technician, was very professional and explained what was going on well. Andrew was timely and asked several times if there was anything else he could help me with. That, for my husband and me, makes great customer service!

Godly has installed a water heater, water softener and has maintained and done repairs on my HVAC. Everyone there have been great to work with and really happy with the work.

Casey was right on time, found the problem with our kitchen sink drain. Replaced parts to stop the leak and cleaned up and reused any parts that were still in good condition. We were surprised that his service costs were less than we had anticipated .
We will use Moon again for our plumbing needs.

Chris England and Zach were the installers for the re-plumbing of our home. Both were excellent. They were always on time, courteous, respectful of our property and very efficient. I will give them 5 stars, but only giving the company 4 stars as there was some miscommunication with the sales guy Ron.
