From the respectful way that scheduler Angie handled my initial call, to the honest,friendly, and educated advice that my plumber Seth provided, I couldn't be more thrilled with Hope Plumbing. Beware of using this company. When you call, ask up front about pricing for services when you explain the issue for the service you may need. I called to make an appointment for a DRAIN CLEAN OUT and asked about pricing and they only explained the service fee of $89 and said that the technician would explain if there are other issues that pop up or what to expect for a worse case scenario, that is all they told me, not pricing for drain services. He came out and the price was outrageous, especially when explained it was a large amount plus the service fee, a total of $354. I turned him away because I got a better value elsewhere for a main drain clean out. He said sorry for the unexpected charge but I would have to still pay the service fee of $89, which I paid. But this is definitely not honest when it comes to knowing what to expect or them surprising you with outrageous unexpected charges for that kind of service. I have never paid that amount for a drain ever and refuse to. I say just be up front and honest so your customers are prepared and know if they're getting a good value or not.

100% A++++ Satisfied Customer!! Had a major issue with the sewer line. After Googling some plumbers in the area, Mr. Rooter popped up. Read the reviews and gave them a call. So glad I did! Technicians Randy and Damon were out to the house later in the day and assessed the situation. Randy explained that the clay tile sewer line collapsed where it connects to the inside of the house and was upfront on how they would go about to repair it. Got a very reasonable and detailed quote of the work they would perform. These guys were awesome! Very professional and polite through the whole process. They were able to repair just a section of the sewer line rather than replacing all of it, saving a ton of money!!! They also scoped the rest of the sewer line. Then cleared out a few sections of very bad blockage and showed me the before and after - holy wow! They went above and beyond from the start of the process to the end. If you are in need of some plumbing services, don't hesitate to call Mr. Rooter!!!

After spending over $1,000 with other companies Michael from Roto-Rooter came through and ensured that the job was done correctly. Not only did he do the job but he did it at a fair price and didn't make up bogus claims like other companies that have come by. I'm truly grateful for this experience and I know who to call from now on

These guys are awesome! During the great Siberianapolis pipe freeze of 2018 they found the time to help me resolve my frozen pipe issues. They have been super busy but helped me troubleshoot and fix stuff and even came out between runs. Very knowledgeable about houses especially. Call these guys, they are fast and want to help.

I have used Hamm & Sons Inc for multiple plumbing needs including emergency plumbing service as well as new plumbing installation. I have had them fix a toilet and sink and install a new water softener and basement bathroom. All service calls have been handled very quickly and efficiently. All new installations are very professional and within or under budget. I would not hesitate to call Hamm & Sons for any of my plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional plumbing services.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.
